| In order to investigate the resistance of poplar induced by exogenous jasmonic acid,and it is secondary substances related to resistance that Tannin is harmful.To further explore the exogenous jasmonic acid induced biochemical resistance mechanism of Poplar,the thesis does research in two aspects:First of all, through the application of jasmonic acid on Poplar,respectively in spraying green poplar ld,5d,10d.To calculate the food utilization of gypsy moth larval;Secondly, by means of artificial diet rearing adding tannin.Determination of tannin in 4 instar gypsy moth midgut digestive enzymes and defense enzyme activity.The results are as follows:1.Poplar leaves induced by exogenous jasmonic acid,larvae of Lymantria dispar feeding on leaves nutrition utilization significantly influence,the 2 instar larvae feeding on leaves in the induction of 5d changed obviously after intake,Body weight, growth and relative growth rate of change is quite obvious. At the same time, feed intake, weight gain and relative growth rate were significantly lower than that of the control,the growth period was prolonged.And the gypsy moth food digestion rate, conversion rate, the utilization rate is greatly reduced,There was no correlation between reduction and induction time.Indicating that induction of poplar can reduce the absorption of nutrients by the gypsy moth by exogenous jasmonic acid.2.The gypsy moth feeding on artificial diet added tannic acid affects the activity of digestive enzymes.The four instar larvae of Lymantria dispar midgut protease, lipase, amylase, invertase and trehalase activity was significantly decreased;In addition to tannic acid treatment of 24h, the midgut protease activity showed inhibition in48h,72h and 96h.Inhibitory effect of midgut protease in treatment of 48h was the most obvious, Protease than vitality is half controlled processing;and inhibitory effect of midgut lipase in treatment of 24h was the most obvious,It is in 20% of the control treatments;Three kinds of carbohydrate digestive enzymes including inhibition of amylase, invertase, trehalase performance is consistent,and in 24h had the strongest inhibitory effect,tannic acid treatment accounted for 23.5%,37.64% and 30.07% of control treatment.It suggests that the tannin has inhibitory effect of midgut digestive enzymes.3.The artificial diet feeding after addition of tannic acid, has a significant influence on the activity of defense enzymes on the midgut. A defensive role of catalase, superoxide dismutase activity decreased significantly.peroxidase is not significantly affected,yet to reached the degree of statistical significance test.Catalase enzyme activity in 72h, 96h,there is a significant difference. In 96h,tannic is 67.54%lower than the control;Superoxide dismutase activity in 24h,48h significant difference coni the control,and in 24h had the strongest inhibitory effect,it is of 65.26% for the control treatment. |
