Abstract/Summary:
The TASA and Matrine formulations have pharmacological activity and medicinal value, such as detoxification, detumescence and acesodyne and insecticide.TASA and Matrine formulations can be used in clinical test of anti-varal, anti-tumor, and anti-parasitic.to adjuste immune and central nervous system. All the material sampled from Otog Ordos E. TASA and MT preparations were made in Inner Mongolia academy of agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Research institute. It were determined by UV and HPLC that conducted impact factors testing and determination of Drug shelf life through thermostatic accelerated test. For Sophora alopecuroids. It were significant meanings in development and application and preservation..The results of this study were showed as follows.1. TASA and MT formulations can be analysis by UV and HPLC. There were significantly differences between two methods in determining TASA or MT. We concluded the optimal results in two methods and conducted the stability and precision test, repeatability measurement, and recovery test using the original concentration of two materials.. The RSD value determined by the method of HPLC was 0.1 to 2.2 and 0.8 to 5.04 by using the method of UV. It indicated that the RSD determined by the method of HPLC was more accurate versus UV. Also compared with UV,HPLC had better repeatability and sensitivity.2. The original concentration was used as the standard and the concentration and pH of TASA and MT were determined at different lights and temperatures at the same time observed the color. Applyed GLM procedure of SAS 9.0 for analysis variance. At different temperatures, it reduced slowest at 4℃ and fastest at 45℃. At the different lights, The concentrations slowest changed at cold fluorescent lamps with 3000LX and the fastest decreased at UV light. The difference was detected between HPLC and UV.3.The study detected that TASA and MT thermostat accelerate experiment can be determined by two methods. The expiration of HPLC and UV were 1 and 1.9 years for TASA, or 2.7 and 2.1 years for MT, respectability.
