In order to filter out the determination of soil soluble total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, the optimal conditions, In Hohhot Xi Ba Zha township have been planting leaf lettuce fields where collected soi; in the Xi Ba Zha township have been planting corn farmers fields to collect soil;In Hohhot Sai Han district’s trees park gathering soil, are selected fresh soil as experimental material. Explored by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometric method determination of soil total nitrogen content, solubility with indophenol blue colorimetric method to determine soil ammonium nitrogen content, with uv spectrophotometry in the process of soil no3 -- n content, leaching temperature and time, turbulence intensity, purity of potassium persulfate, autoclave digestion temperature and time, autoclave step-down process gas release process, and chromogenic time and temperature conditions such as the impact on the test results.Through the analysis of variance results show that the content and the final test results contrast, the best test conditions for soil total nitrogen:Soil leaching shock temperature of 22 ℃, the speed of 160 r/s, the leaching time of 60 min, autoclave digestion temperature 122 ℃, autoclave digestion time should be within 40-50 min, autoclave don’t put gas in the process of booster, take out after artificial deflated, drug use import potassium persulfate or domestic potassium persulfate secondary crystals. The determination of soil ammonium nitrogen content is the best test condition:soil leaching temperature of 26℃-28℃, leaching time for 60 min, the turbulence intensity for 160 r/s, the color time for 40 min, the color temperature of 15 ℃. The determination of soil nitrate nitrogen content is the best test condition:soil leaching temperature 18℃-20℃, the leaching time of 40 min, the turbulence intensity for 250 r/s.
