The basin of XiLin River is an important ecological barrier in north China, but with the influence of natural climate change and economic drive, water loss and soil erosion and desertification problem has been highlighted, grassland production capacity declined, breeding problems came sharply. In this paper, these three types of grassland-the artificial disturbance grassland、natural grazing grassland and fenced grassland of typical grassland, Inner Mongolia grassland were as the material, to explored the three kinds of management methods on the effect of grassland vegetation, soil, and wind erosion, so as to reveal the different grassland management mode of vegetation, soil, and the characteristics of soil wind erosion, provide theoretical basis for grassland management style and scientific guidance, to achieve the equilibrium of ecological benefits and economic benefits. The conclusions are as follows:(1) In the grassland vegetation, man-made disturbances leaded the index of height coverage, species richness, vegetation diversity decreased, single life form of vegetation, annuals plants occupy the dominant position. Natural grazing made the species diversity, evenness, dominance, richness of vegetation community decreased, there were 10 species of plants, belonging to Compositae, Chenopodiaceae, Poaceae, Iridaceae, which had the most kind of Chenopodiaceae Plants. Enclosure measures had to increased the number of species of grassland, and the community diversity, richness, evenness and dominance rised and dominance of perennial herbaceous plants increased significantly, and the community is the dominant species in Leymus chinensis, Agropyron, brown Cleistogenes, Artemisia frigida and Stipa krylovii. As the confining nasdaqterm increased, vegetation coverage, height, community ecological dominance were increased, and species number, diversity index, richness index and evenness index were decreased grassland communities became community with a single dominant and dominant species.(2) In grassland soil, man-made disturbances increased the particle content which is larger in the grass surface soil, and the particles content, containing content of 0 15cm soil layer, organic matter content and firmness decreased. The natural grazing made the soil layer diameter in 0-15cm which is higher than 0.250 particle percentage is 31%, sand percent content was 32%, very fine sand percent content of 21%; the content of organic matter 0~15cm soil layer is 13.11 g/kg. The soil indicators of taking the measure of covering farmed are superior to those of natural grazing grassland, specific performance is that particle particle size is larger and the percent content of small in surface soil, smaller size particles percent content and with the sealing life of the soil of the fine material in percentage increased with increasing confining.(3) In terms of soil erosion in grassland, man-made disturbances made the surface roughness reduced, and which took covering farmed measures the surface roughness increases, which enclosed 12 years of grass surface were the most roughness; the same wind erosion in the process of near surface 0~50cm range of wife for disturbed grassland and natural pasture, the lawn of covering farmed which is 3 and 12 years fenced grassland in sediment yield was decreased, and the erosion degree of covering farmed with 12 years is the least.
