Due to the improvement of people’s living standards, Growing demand for ginseng. Because of ginseng growth habits and growth conditions, ginseng production can not meet the needs of the market. This paper discusses a new approach to improve the quality and yield of ginseng. In order to provides new methods、new ideas to improve the quality and yield of ginseng.Removed the ginseng shade shed in a short time in spring, made ginseng grow under full light conditions, and sprayed different concentrations of salicylic acid solution, compared net photosynthetic rate (Pn), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase(POD), malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll a、chlorophyll b and the content of ginsenosides of ginseng. Under the full sun light, 0.05mmol·L-1 and 0.2mmol/L SA increased net photosynthetic rate to a great extent, under the cloudy day, the average increased by 127.8% and 155.0% over the traditional shade shed,13.9% and 27.5% over the treatment without SA respectively; under the clear day,23.5% and 30.4% over the traditional shade shed,8.6% and 14.6% over the treatment without SA, particularly obvious in the morning and late afternoon. With such concentration, SA increased activities of SOD, CAT, and POD, and decreased the contents of the MDA. Only the 0.2mmol·L-1 of three concentrations increased Chlorophyll as against the full sun shine without SA. This difference resulted from different light intensity, rise of light saturation point, and fall of compensation point. Full sun shine decreased ginsenosides contents, but with SA, the ginsenosides regained, the content of Rg1 and Re, Rb1, total six types of ginsenosides in SA 0.2mmol·L-1 group were higher than the control group (P<0.05) and other groups. The application of 0.2mmol·L-1 SA under full sun shine during a short time has little threat to the Panax ginseng in spring, and enhanced resistance to the adversity, would improve the yield of ginseng obviously.Removed the ginseng shade shed in autumn,sprayed three reagents in different concentrations. compared net photosynthetic rate (Pn), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase(POD), malondialdehyde(MDA), chlorophyll a、chlorophyll b and the content of ginsenosides of ginseng. The full sun light treatment increased capacity of photosynthesis to some degree, but it weaken physio-biochemistry, which maybe damage the Panax ginseng.After sprayed three kinds of hormones under full sun light, the ability of antioxidant and net photosynthesis improved, SA is better than 6-BA,6-BA better than Br. Contrasted with blank group,0.20mmol·L-1 and 1.0mmol·L-1 SA increased by 39.8% and 43.2% for SOD,43.4% and 57.7% for CAT,63.5% and 64.5% for POD,17.1% and 16.3% for Pn; contrasted with control group, increased by 1.1% and 3.5% for SOD,40.6% and 50.5% for CAT,42.0% and 42.8% for POD,33.2% and 32.3% for Pn. 1.Ommol·L-1 SA group improved the content of Rg1, Re and total six types of ginsenosides of Panax.ginseng.C.A.Meyer compared with the blank and control group significantly. The full sun shine treatment destroyed structure of ginseng leaf, reduced the qulity of ginseng. 0.2mmol·L-1-1.0mmol·L-1 SA possess anti-aging, and can improve the content of six types of ginsenosides of Panax.ginseng.C.A.Meyer, can be applied in the actual production.
