In this paper, the luo river area at different sites of pork market pigs trichina and toxoplasma infection status made a detailed investigation, the specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:On pork trichinella spiralis infection status survey, collecting 2238 samples of pork, through a microscope inspection, found that of 2238 samples of pork, there are 8 portions positive for trichinella spiralis cyst, and the detection rate was 0.36%(8/2238); By PCR detection, found in 2238 samples of pork, in PCR amplification results have 12 for amplification is positive, the total detection rate was 0.54%(12/2238). In seven pork sales site, infections were found three sites, urban vegetable market detection rate was 0.26%(1/386), 1 town market 1 detection rate was 2.25%(9/400), the city market 2 detection rate was 0.78%(2/258), while in the remaining four sites were found no pork trichinella spiralis infection.On pork toxoplasma infection status survey, the author collected 300 samples, collected 2538 samples of pork, through a microscope inspection, found that of 2538 samples of pork, there are 3 copies for t. gondii positive cyst, the detection rate was 0.12%(3/2538); By PCR detection, found in 2538 samples of pork, in PCR amplification results there are 26 a positie for amplification and detection rate was 1.0%(26/2538). Among them, in the nine pork sales site, infections were found three sites, urban vegetable market 2 detection rate was 0.5%(2/400), pork products processing factory 1 detection rate was 9.49%(15/158), pork products processing plant 2 detection rate was 6.33%(9/142), while in the remaining six sites found no pork toxoplasma infection statusFor trichinella spiralis, toxoplasma aspects: prevention and control of trichinella spiralis without heat resistance, pork after high temperature can be safe. Science and processed meat, do not eat raw or undercooked pork and ShuFen contaminated food, such as cutting tool to have cooked separately. Therefore, animal quarantine personnel to deal with the slaughterhouse especially for pork slaughterhouses in cities and towns continue to strengthen trichinella spiralis and toxoplasma and quarantine work, take the corresponding prevention and control measures, to ensure the safety of meat and meat products luo river region.
