| The aim of this study was to determine and analysis the routine nutritive components, amino acid content, mineral elements and heavy metal content and type of Fatty acid. To provide the basis for developing and utilization of its by-products. The test in the same breeding varieties and different sources of the fox and the raccoon as raw material in Changli County. After the carcass was decomposed to prepare the carcass, then taken a half of the carcass and a half visceral after removal the intestine content were mixed thoroughly. According to Chinese Standard determination the routine nutritive components, amino acid content, mineral element, heavy metal content and type of Fatty acid of the carcass of the Fox and raccoon that mixed after smashed. The results are as follows:(1) Different feeding levels had little effect on the fox and the raccoon carcass in minerals, but had a great influence on the other routine nutritional ingredient;(2) There were high level protein, fat, calcium and phosphorus in the fox and the raccoon carcass, therefore, nutritional value is relatively high. The fox carcass protein was slightly higher than that of the raccoon, but it fatty acid content was low 9.4%. Summary, raccoon carcass had higher nutritional value.(3) There was higher amino acid content in carcass of the fox than raccoon and with more reasonable. Although the amino acid content in carcass of the raccoon was lower than fox but the content is higher than any other animal, so it were the good protein feed.(4) There are a lot of trace elements in the fox and the raccoon carcass, and compared with dog which is also belong to canine animals, it higher than many other trace elements except manganese(Mn). In the fat content of Mn, the fox and raccoon were more close to the standard.(5) The oleic acid, linoleic acid and linoleic acid own 64.36% and 64.08% in total fatty acids of the fox and raccoon oil, and oleic acid in the fox and the raccoon were 28.94 g/100 g and 26.86 g/100 g respectively, at the same time, the linoleic acid reached 21.22 g/100 g and 19.49 g/100 g each. In a word, the fox and the raccoon fat could be seen as a preferable essential fatty acid additive, which can met the demand of animal essential fatty acids.(6) The carcass and oil of the fox and the raccoon expression a higher ratio of protein and fat content, hold upper nutritive value and the heavy metal deposition phenomenon had not be found. In conclusion, the carcass and oil of the fox and the raccoon can be used as safety animal derived feed in the view of nutrition, by using of these carcass and fat we could increase economic value and provide huge social results. |
