| This paper selected Prunus triloba seedling as testing materials, which grew in Nalinhe, Wushen County at Mu us sandy land. To explore the most suitable soil mixture ratio for Prunus triloba seedling’s growth, by planting it in the sandy soil and loessal soil with ratio 1:0 (Y0),1:1 (Y1),1:3(Y2),1:5(Y3) and 0:1(Y4) and measured its photosynthetic indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in 2014. The results showed that:(1) Growth condition of Prunus triloba can be improved under an appropriate sandy soil and loessal soil ratio condition. The effects of treatment with sandy soil and loessal soil with ratio 1:3 was the best on the 5 treatment(2) The value of Prunus triloba seedling’s photosynthetic characteristics except WUE, showed an increasing trend at first and decreased in the end while the proportion of loess increasing. The value of Pn, Tr, Gs, Max-Ci and Min-WUE had significant differences compared with.(3) The values of OPS â…¡ã€qPã€ETR have a similar change tendency no matter Prunus triloba seedling was planted in which mixture ratio soil. The min values of these three index were observed in sandy soil and loessal soil with ratio 1:3, had significant differences compared with the sandy soil and. The min values of qN was founded in sandy soil and loessal soil with ratio 1:3, had significant differences compared with loessal soil. Soil mixture ratio had no significant influence on Fv/Fm.(4) To make a comprehensive evaluation on Photosynthesis parameters of different treatments, the results showed that sandy soil and loessal soil with ratio 1:3 get the highest scoring with a value of 0.89, and point out that the soil mixture ratio of sandy soil and loessal soil with ratio 1:3 is more suitable for the growth of Prunus triloba seedling. |
