Su Xiu ×Chun Feng was bred in 2008 by Suzhou University,and audited fine denier silkworm breeds by the Approval Committee of Jiangsu Province Silkworm(Su trial 201001) in April 2010.Feed efficiency, also known as feed conversion, refers to the ratio between feed consumed unit weight and the weight of the resulting product.In this study, the material is Su Xiu ×C hun Feng,research to influence the amount of feed efficiency mulberry of Su Xiu ×C hun Feng, the main findings are as follows:1.Surveying the Su Xiu × Chun Feng’s feed efficiency of enough to give mulberry and reduction mulberryThe material is Su Xiu ×C hun Feng,Jing Song×Hao Yue as Comparison,Survey the Su Xiu ×Chun Feng’s feed efficiency.The results show:For Su Xiu ×C hun Feng reduction to mulberry area efficient than enough to feed mulberry area, and the difference was significant.Enough to mulberry area and reductions to mulberry area in feed efficiency were higher than the control Jing Song × Hao Yue,and the difference was significant.Combined life ratio,comput 50 kg mulberry cocoon weight and 50 kg mulberry cocoon shell weight,Su Xiu ×C hun Feng reduction mulberry area is 5220.09 g, 1307.20 g, enough to mulberry area is 4864.81 g, 1210.88 g, mulberry leaf area reduction increase 7.30%、7.95% than enough to give a sufficient amount of mulberry area.2.Different amounts of feed efficiency reduction mulberry laboratory investigation of Su Xiu ×Chun FengThat the material is Su Xiu ×C hun Feng, Su Ju×Ming Hu as comparison, we survey enough to mulberry area, reduction of 10% to mulberry area, reduction of 20% to mulberry area, reduction of 30% to mulberry area for feed efficiency.The results showed that:when reduced to Mulberry, cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight could be reduced,but the whole cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight is less than the decline in the magnitude of the reduction to the mulberry.Therefore, within the scope of the test for the amount of the mulberry, mulberry feed efficiency reduce as to the mulberry increase. Su Xiu ×C hun Feng and Su Ju×Ming Hu’s feed efficiency is maximum a when mulberry to reduce to 30%.In addition, under the same conditions to Mulberry,Su Xiu ×C hun Feng’s feed efficiency higher than Su Ju×Ming Hu’s.3.Su Xiu × Chun Feng’s feed efficiency of different te mperature conditions surveyThat the material is Su Xiu ×Chun Feng, Su Ju×Ming Hu as Comparison, 3 rearing temperature(23.0 ℃、24.5℃、26.0℃)gradient processing area, both in the autumn silkworm rearing more appropriate temperature region. With rearing temperature influence on feed efficiency, but there is no impact on the a mount of mulberry significantly.Under the same conditions to the amount of mulberry, Su Xiu×C hun Feng’s cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, cocoon shell rate and feed efficiency increase with the increasing temperature, but the difference was not significa nt.And as well known, the temperature of the test rearing affect silkworms growth rate is very significant, fifth instar go through shorten with the rearing temperature.Shorten the fifth instar, the reduction of labor is beneficial to improve labor produc tivity.4.Under different conditions to Mulberry SU Xiu × Chun Feng ’ s blood trehalose and fat body glycogenTrehalose concentration in blood is closely related to nutrition, trehalose concentrations of blood is relatively low at early fifth instar, then rapid rise due to the food mulberry eaten,gradually stabilized to a certain range, this trend is consistent whether enough to Mulberry or reductions to mulberry. Whether it is enough to give mulberry mulberry or decrement, Su Xiu ×Chun Feng’s fat body glycogen increased with the fifth instar, and the rise is same. Mulberry area enough to fat body glycogen content is higher than the reduction to the mulberry area.In this paper, feed efficiency of Su Xiu ×C hun Feng is studied,studies have shown that:reduction to the mulberry at right amount minus will extend the fifth instar, however, no statistically significant difference, the cocoon layer rate and feed efficiency is greatly improved, help to improve overall Su Xiu ×C hun Feng’s economic efficiency.
