Calcium treatment plant seedlings can improve the resistance of plants to abiotic stress conditions. This test by heilongjiang province commonly used two kinds of low temperature sensitivity of different maize inbred lines yi 478(tolerance) and mixed C- 546(sensitive) as materials, by setting the processing mode of three kinds of(1 treatment to only exogenous calcium introduction, 2 treatment to only exogenous calcium spraying, three treatment of exogenous calcium spraying on the introduction and at the same time) and 5 kinds of CaCl2 concentration(Bb represents 10 tendency for L, Cc 20 tendency, Dd on behalf of the tendency for 40 L L, Ee representative tendency for 80 / L, Ff represents the tendency for 160 / L, including the capital letters represent varieties in yi 478 lowercase letters on behalf of the varieties of mixed C- 546, Aa represent the normal temperature and low temperature control), a total of 15 treatment scheme, test by measuring and analyzing two kinds of corn inbred lines bud and seedling under low temperature stress and stress recovery performance, explores different Ca2 + handling and different concentration of Ca2 + application on cold resistance of maize inbred lines under low temperature stress effect. The main results are as follows:1. Under the condition of low temperature stress, 1 processing(CaCl2 solution processing) to improve the quality of maize seed germination and corn seedling cold resistance. The manifestation of each processing under low temperature stress indicators compared with low temperature controls, germination rate, germination potential and germination index were improved. Reflect in seedling stage, lower the cell membrane permeability, improve antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein content and seedling photosynthesis ability raise. Comprehensive factors causing solution concentration of 80 tendency/L processing to improve cold resistance of corn has the highest effect.2. Under the condition of low temperature stress, 2 processing exogenous(CaCl2 solution spraying processing) corn seeds, a high concentration of exogenous calcium can affect maize seed germination rate, germination uniformity and seed vigor. Foreign spraying corn seedling in seedling stage using CaCl2 solution can improve the corn seedling under low temperature stress of antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein content and seedling photosynthesis ability, improve maize inbred lines in the low temperature environment of cold resistance.3. Under the condition of low temperature stress, 3 processing(CaCl2 solution and exogenous spraying mixed processing) corn seeds and corn seedling this integrated approach from the point of test results, compared with 1 processing(CaCl2 solution processing) difference is not big, only in the seedling stage to improve photosynthesis, soluble protein content and the activity of antioxidant enzymes improve effect better.4. Exogenous calcium treatment of corn inbred lines to raise its cold resistance found under low temperature stress. 80 tendency LCaCl2 solution caused seed treatment, and in seedling stage spraying 80 tendency for appropriate LCaCl2 solution is the best deal.In conclusion, the results of this study is exogenous calcium for maize production has a certain theoretical guiding significance in low temperature. |
