| Calcium has become one of the four important food crops in China because of its strong adaptability,wide distribution,low input and high output.Calcium plays a vital role in the process of potato growth and development.Taking potatoes as experimental materials,it is of great practical significance to explore that potatoes can absorb more calcium ions as much as possible under insufficient light conditions,so as to realize the growth and development of potato plants,high quality and high yield,and promote the industrialization of potato food crops.In this study,the random block design of calcium and fertilizer was adopted,and potato varieties Red Rose(VarietyNo.A)and Kexin No.1(VarietyNo.B)were selected as experimental materials to study the effect of low light stress on the absorption of calcium and fertilizer by potato plants in the laboratory,and on this basis,the appropriate level of calcium and fertilizer was determined,so as to provide theoretical reference for the production of high-quality potatoes.Based on the experimental group and the control group,this experiment draws the following conclusions:1.The appearance and morphology of potato plants are greatly influenced by low light stress,and the growth of potato plants is accelerated,but the thickening degree is slowed down.2.Stomatal factor is not the main reason for the decrease of net photosynthetic rate of potato plants.3.Usually,the activities of POD,CAT and SOD in Kexin No.l and Red Rose potato varieties increase at first,and then decrease after reaching a certain value;The activity of POD,CAT and SOD in potato cells decreased due to insufficient light.4.In low light environment,the chlorophyll content in potato plants increases with the increase of absorbed calcium ion content.5.PIABS value is the basic performance index reflecting the absorption of light energy.Due to the weak light stress,its value is obviously reduced,but the fluorescence intensity of potato leaves is increased.To sum up,sufficient light condition is a necessary condition for potato plants to synthesize nutrients needed for their own growth and development,and different varieties of potato plants have obvious differences in response to low light conditions.In order to further increase the yield of potato,in the process of plant growth and development,it is necessary to ensure sufficient light conditions,on this basis,the basic physiological substances can be formed;Not only that,but also the exogenous calcium of plant varieties should be enhanced to improve the resistance of potato to low light stress. |
