| Japan, South Korea and other south-east Asian countries have listed the silicon after N, P, K as the fourth largest elements in the rice production. Agricultural scientific research personnel in our country also attach great attention to the use of silicon fertilizer on rice. Large amount of researches had focused on the effect of silicon fertilizer and the exploration of application technology and the technology applied it with N, P, K. At present, the research of the characteristics of the silicon fertilizer is not perfect, and silicon fertilizer usage is still in the exploration period, the influence of the silicon fertilizer on the nutrient absorption and the quality improvement of rice is still debated. Provide the basis of silicon fertilizer spraying technology to keep the soil nutrient balance when growing rice, and discuss the formation of silicon on rice quality and regulation mechanism.Rice Cultivation Dongnong 427 were as material, pot-planted. Two kinds of nanometer silicon preparations were used,one of them contains amino silane coupling agent(Si50) and the other contains epoxy group silane coupling agent(Si60). Then spray them on the rice leaf at the tillering stage and the booting stage respectively. Test alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and effective potassium content at several main processing stages of rice(tillering stage, booting stage and maturity stage). At the same time, test total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium content of rice organs. After rice harvest, we ground the rice to test the brown rice rate, polished rice rate, aspect ratio, the moisture content, amylose content, protein content and eating value, etc. Adopt the significant difference analysis and correlation analysis, they are Duncan’s new multiple poor test and Pearson correlation analysis.The results was as followed:(1) Spraying nano silican sols on the leaf could promote the release of soil available nutrients activation. Si60 played a better role than Si50, and the activation effect on available phosphorus and effective potassium, was better than available nitrogen. The better time to spray nano silicon sol to improve the influence of soil available phosphorus content was at the booting stage. At mature, Si50 and Si60 was significantly increased by 25.87% and 25.87% than CK, respectively. Spraying Si60 at tillering stage and spraying Si50 at booting stage could better improve the soil available potassium content, two treatments was significantly increased by 1.26 times and 1.15 times, respectively. Spraying at booting stage was better to improve the soil available nitrogen content, Si50 and Si60 was increased by 8.24%(P > 0.05) and 20.82%(P < 0.05) respectively.(2) Spraying nano silican sols on leaf could significantly increase the total nitrogen contents of rice leaves, rice leaf sheaths and blades and the total p Hosp Horus content of the ears, Si60 playde a better role than Si50, and the spraying time was better at the tillering stage than at the booting stage. Spraying on the tillering stage, when mature, leaf total nitrogen content of Si50 and Si60 was significantly increased by 18.13% and 18.13% respectively, and the total nitrogen content of the ear was significantly increased by 23.19% and 23.19% respectively. Total phosphorus content of stem sheath, leaf and spike with spraying Si50 and Si60 was significantly increased by 18.47% and 18.47% respectively, 14.29% and 34.29% respectively, and 24.06% and 26.25% respectively.The spraying had little effect on rice plant potassium uptaking and on the grain potassium assimilation.(3) Spraying nano silican sols on leaf could improve the grain quality of rice. It can increase rice grain brown rice rate, the biggest percentage increase by was 0.87%. It can increase the aspect ratio of rice grains, the biggest percentage increase by was 1.69%.It can improve the protein content of rice grain, the biggest percentage increase by was 3.63%. |
