| Diarrhoea of newborn piglets has become one of the main diseases affecting the development of pig industry. This study was to optimize the prescription of compound berberine ointment and preparation technique, establish its quality standard preliminary, evaluate its pharmacodynamics securely. It turned out that:(1) The key components of compound berberine ointment included berberini hydrochloridum, andrographolide and nano-MMT. Microbial limit, particle size, minimum fill and stability comply with state regulations.(2) There in no significant effect on blood Biochemical Indexes of both piggy sow and neonatal pig with compound berberine ointment, the values are within the normal range, which demonstrate their pregnant sows and piglets have no affect physiological functions to liver function, kidney function,(3)Compound berberine hydrochloride and ointment you can make the recovery of Sow postpartum appetite, prevent mastitis, promote the secretion of milk; Berberine ointment pregnant sows can promote the growth of the offspring, in good shape, was Mao Guangliang, appetite normal; ointment of Berberine compound agent on growth-promoting role of newborn piglets with enhanced resistance of piglets diarrhoea.(4) Berberine ointment newborn piglets diarrhea treatment, compared with Western medicine in treating diarrhea drug that can quickly fill to improve Piglet’s mental state, speed recovery of appetite, preventing piglet died of dehydration and reduce the death rate.To sum up, ointment of Berberine in compound preparation technology of stable quality and standard of qualified, safe and reliable, its clinical effect, has a reliable clinical application prospect. |
