Conventional rice machine planting seedlings usually require 3~7 strains seeds in per area,however, the super rice only need 2±1 seeds,and in order to decrease the rate of hole, the seedlings on boards in a state of uniform distribution, it not only need to provide device which can plant 2±1 seeds per area,but also discharging seeds should be accurate positioning on the boards, in this way can we ensure accurate seeds per seedling area on the boards, Meet the super-high-yield rice plangting requirement.In this paper, based on the differences agronomic requirements between super rice and conventional rice planting, combined with the existing research results, aiming at some problems of the equipments in the super-high-yield japonica rice, as well as the development status at home and abroad, In the north japonica super-high-yield rice as the research object, having on seeds directional and continuous transmission, precise separation, location and metering mechanism, institutional innovation and the key technology research, in Rice seedlings equipment by paper clip positioning research, developed a general light and simple device With independent intellectual property rights, promoting the development of northern japonica rice planting technology and improving planting equipment..This paper analyzed the weight of thousand seeds, repose angle and physical- mechanical properties on the super rice; Expounded the overall structure and its working principle for the super rice seedlings device; Focus on single grain seed separation mechanism, rods mechanism, combined slides and some key components design for theoretical analysis and research, determined the structure size of the key components and optimized related parameters; For rods mechanism analysis:when crank l1=7.7mm, connecting rod l2=23mm, the rocker l3=26mm, fixed rod l4=37mm, pushing rod l5=36mm, installation Angleθ1=64°, corner θ3=12°, the trajectory meet the design requirements, and the trajectory of the horizontal maximum displacement S=15.2mm, perpendicula maximum displacement H=9mm, consistent with the design requirements.For super rice seed metering device establishing three-dimensional model with Solidworks and assembly; The established three-dimensional model simulation analysis with Adams; To analyse the pushing the point of motion characteristics, To Verify whether meeting the design requirements about the metering device; Modal analysis was carried out on the test device, in order to avoid resonance.To pushing frequency, the Angle of the slide, the pitch carry out single factor experiments, analysis of the influence of each factor on the metering performance indicators;On 3 factors-3 levels test analysis with Design-Expert8.05 software, and regression analysis for the results; Analysis of the impact index of interaction of various factors on performance indicators, and the results are parameter optimizd, determine the best combination: pushing frequency 2rad/s, slides Angle 45°, the pitch 9.6mm, seedling percent of pass 98.3247%,2 seed ratio 61.4631%.
