To be a main spices of afforestation, Chinese pine plays an important role of carbon fixation in north Hebei mountain lands. Artificial Chines pine forest of different stand age varies in growth state. 42 typical samples plots are selected in study in Mulan forest management bureau of north Hebei mountain lands. The structure of the stand are measured by each wooden foot include the size and structure of diamond and height and fitting tested by Weibull. The law were studied on structure of diamond and height and biomass and carbon storage. It showed that:(1)The diamond of artificial Chinese pine in 15a~45a fitted the law of Weibull. Distribution curve of diamond become steep and the peak become lower along with the ages. Dispersion degree become deep and deviate for larger diamond along with the age growing. The distribution rang become wide along with the diamond growing.(2)There are similar distribution among diamond and height of artificial Chinese pine. The height become higher and the spacing of the minimum and largest growing along with age growth.(3)The Chinese pine get the maximum carbon storage when it is 45 year old.The total carbon storage is 78.52t/ha. the carbon storage of the trunk accounted for the largest proportion, accounted for 51.57% ~ 57.90%, the carbon storage of the trunk and brunch accounted for the proportion are more and more along with the age growing. But the carbon storage of the root and leafs accounted for the proportion are less and less along with the age growing.(4)Power functions are selected fore biomass model of Chinese pine and D2 H is selected for independent variables. The model is suitable for 15~45a.
