With increase incidence of gray mold and fungicide resistance, there has been lack of effective method to control the gray mold now. Exploring C.rosea become a viable alternative to the prevention and treatment of grey mold. This research studies the possibility of using C. rosea as a fungicide to control gray mold. Now we have obtained the following results: 1. We have screened strain S-56 which has great potential to control the gray mold. 2. We have confirmed that C.rosea can decrease the incidence of gray mold in the field by killing sclerotia and hyphae of Botrytis cinerea in the dead plant tissue through mycoparasitism. Parasitism rate can reach 76% at 20℃,30 d. The parasitism rate is affected by the temperature and humidity heavily. 3. C. rosea can inhibit the spore production by B. cinerea in dead plant tissue. There is almost no grey mould spores in leaf disk when inoculated 12 h ahead. 4. Spraying the tomato with the coidia of C.rosea with the concentration of 106spore/ml in the field can decrease the incidence of gray mold very well. Prevention effect can reach 89.7%. 5. Solid-state fermentation technology of C.rosea has been explored and we found in wheat bran and corn flour(3:1) as the fermentation substrates with water content of 62%, and the temperature of 24 ℃.The production of C.rosea is 1.7×109 spore/g dry medium.A wettable powder and suspension concentrate containing the conidia of C.rosea S-56 were developed. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Clonostachys rosea, gray mold, bio-control, Solid-state fermentation, wettable powder, suspension concentrate | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
