Konjac is a kind of Araceae Amorphophallus Blume perennial herb, as crops which can provide a large number of glucomannan, extremely broad application prospects.In recent years, the konjac plant from the traditional scattered cultivation gradually transformed into large-scale cultivation, konjac taro particularly vulnerable injury to soft rot in cultivation process, once onset, the konjac could loss rate from 30% to 50%, even no crops. Therefore, there is no specific prevention and control of drugs for prevention and control konjac soft rot, soft rot only prevention, not cure, urgent need to address the issue of konjac vulnerable from the source of infection.Seed coating technology is based on the seed as a carrier, the seed coating uniformly and efficiently by a certain percentage to the seed surface cladding technology, there is an important role in improving the quality of seed germination, preventing the occurrence of disease, promoting plant growth.This paper intends to learn and improve the traditional coating techniques, systematically research konjac taro coating technology by p esticide agent and coated techniques to explore suitable species of konjac taro coating technology, so as to identify a new channel in konjac disease prevention. The main results of this study are as follows:1. By coating chemicals selection experiments, a targeted selection of prevention konjac soft rot, southern blight of Pharmacy, and set a different drug concentration gradient coating agent for konjac conduct. It was found that 72% streptomycin 500 times+chlorothalonil 150 times,72% streptomycin 1000 times+carbendazim 500 times,10% copper sulfate solution have the best effect disease prevention on konjac soft rot and southern blight.The emergence rate is 97.00~97.67%. Rot incidence and disease index was 2.04~2.74% and 1.14~1.61%, significantly lower than the 12.06% and 7.90% of the control treatment; southern blight incidence and disease index were 0.68~0.69% and 0.35-0.57%, significantly lower than the 4.82% and 4.08% of the control. Yield 1547.76~1599.85kg/667m2, compared with controls, an increase of 58.94-64.29%. The above three kinds of coating agent treatment is selected suitable for prevention disease which have good effect on the growth of konjac.2. By coated pill screening experiments, selected some good sticky soil samples and auxiliary materials to coate on konjac taro. It was found that kaolin+lime+konjac coating agent 1+sawdust, white clay+lime+konjac coating agent 1+sawdust, bentonite+lime+ konjac coating agent 2+ sawdust treated well. Coated surface is smooth, thickness is moderate, at 2.27~3.48mm, dropout rate at 0.46~0.91%, and drop ability well, konjac can fight falling from a height of lm impact, and konjac taro intact. After pelleting the coating does not affect the kinds of taro normal respiration, through MDA content and activity index found that the coating of konjac after pill anti adversity capacity enhancement, coatings for the protection of species of taro have a good effect, and does not affect the normal growth taro species. By measuring the production, yield of the coating pill in 1513.14~1532.51kg/667m2, compared with the control, an increase of 52.74~54.70%. From the appearance of the coating effect of the pill and physiological indicators of konjac, yield point of view, the above three kinds of coating is suitable for the growth of konjac pelleting coating.3. By putting a prevention optimization combination with the pill coating good effect material, konjac taro composite coating and the field effect after verification. It was found that 72% streptomycin 150 times+chlorothalonil 500 times+kaolin+lime+konjac coating agent 1+sawdust,72% streptomycin 150 times+chlorothalonil 500 times+bentonite+lime +konjac coating agent 2+sawdust,72% streptomycin 1000 times+carbendazim 500 times+ kaolin+lime+konjac coating agent 1+sawdust,72% streptomycin 1000 times+ Carbendazim 500 times+Bentonite+lime+konjac 2+sawdust coating agent is the best composite coating. Composite coating surface is smooth, thick, low loss, strong anti-drop capabilities, does not affect the kinds of taro field normal respiration and growth. Rot incidence and disease index was 1.37~1.73% and 0.80~1.27%, significantly lower than the 11.79% and 8.45% control; southern blight incidence and disease index was 0.34~0.69% and 0.23~0.35%, significantly lower than the 5.36% and 3.93% of the control. Yield 1578.25~1723.18kg/667m2, compared with control, have an increase of 57.27~71.68%. Through the field validation experiments, both from the appearance of the coating, or the growth of the field of view, are suitable for the growth of konjac composite coating, above four kinds of coating processing is the most suitable for konjac growth of composite coating..4. Through the konjac taro coating study, obtained a suitable coating konjac taro technical specification, can provide a reference for konjac production units. Verified by field effect coating taro species experiments, the effect on the appearance of the coating, physiological indicators and growth indicators are analyzed, related indicators which affected the growth of konjac divided into different grades, and ultimately develop konjac coating evaluation system. Through the establishment of the evaluation system of the coating, the coating can regulate the konjac industry standard, guide konjac produce better and have an important guiding significance to promote the konjac industry healthily development.
