Research On The Effect Of 5406 Antibiotic Fertilizer Applied In Continuous Capsicum Annuum Cropping Greenhouse

Facility vegetable greenhouses play an integral role in nowadays people’s lives, which makes people could enjoy fruits and vegetables throughout the whole year especially in winter. But the obstacles of continuous cropping are one of the main factors that decrease the yield production of greenhouses, causing large loss on its economic output. Until now, there are still no effictive ways to manage continuous cropping obstacles. This paper conduct out a study about 5406 antibiotic fertilizer on continuous cropping soil in greenhouses, with mainly focus on the impact on Capsicum annuum about its growth、soil enzyme activity、soil fertility、soil microbial community、stress resistance in adversity and the the seed germination by this bacterium. The main findings are as follows:1. After the application of 5406 antibiotic fertilizer, the yield production of 2 years’, 5 years’ and 8 years’ continuous cropping greenhouses all have different levels of promotion. 2 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse’s fruit weight increased 15.53%, 43.73% promotion in production; 5 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse’s fruit weight increased 23.96%, 44.62% promotion in production; 8 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse’s fruit weight increased 16.13%, 36.74% promotion in production.2. In three different years’ continuous cropping greenhouses, fruit quality has also been improved. In 2 years’ continuous cropping greenhous, after the application of 5406 antibiotic fertilizer, fruit Fe content increased by 132.02%, no significant differences on Ca、Mg、crude protein、 P and vitamin C content compared to the control group. In 5 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, after the application of 5406 antibiotic fertilizer, fruit Fe content increased by 66.01%, the Mg content increased by 8.53% and Ca content increased by 5.74%, no significant differences in crude protein and P content with the control group, the vitamin C content decreased 6.86%. In 8 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, fruit Fe content increased by 154.88%, 20.00% of Mg content is increased, there was no significant differences in Ca、crude protein and P content with the control group, the vitamin C content decreased by 9.30%.3. The application of 5406 antibiotic fertilizer significantly enhanced the soil enzymes’ activity along with Capsicum annuum’s growth. In 2 years’ continuous greenhouse, the maximum improvement of invertase activity is 40.86%, 13.89% improvement of urease activity, catalase activity increased 0.60%, 11.60% improment of peroxidase activity. In 5 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, the maximum improvement of invertase activity is 34.55%, 8.37% improvement of urease activity, catalase activity increased 7.71%, 20.16% improvement of peroxidase activity. In 8 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, the maximum improvement of invertase activity is 42.82%, 14.08% improvement of urease activity, catalase activity increased by 7.62%, 3.51% improvement of peroxidase activity.4. After applying 5406 antibiotic fertilizer, which could effectively alleviate acidification of soil, soil p H is significantly higher throughout the growth cycle, and the fertility level of the soil is improved by promoting the release of nutrients along with the growth of Capsicum annuum. In 2 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, the maximum improvement of soil organic matter content is 16.06%, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content increased by 10.91%, 7.25% rapidly available phosphorus content increased, there is no significant differences in rapidly available kalium content with the control group. In 5 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, the maximum improvement of soil organic matter content is 10.71%, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content increased by 4.38%, 3.05% rapidly available kalium content increased, rapidly available phosphorus content increased by 33.45%. In 8 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, the maximum improvement of soil organic matter content is 9.19%, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content increased by 19.93%, rapidly available kalium content increased 3.16%, rapidly available phosphorus content increased by 18.57%.5. After the application of 5406 antibiotic fertilizer in 8 years’ continuous cropping greenhouse, the microbial community have changed a lot, most of the bacterial percentage has improved; while the fungal percentage has decreased.6. Under drought stress, 5406 antibiotic fertilizer could increase plant resistance. In which the relative water content of Capsicum annuum seedlings increased 1.46%, 66.58% decrease of leaf relative conductivity, MDA content decreased 34.57%, 48.23% improvement of root activity.7. Germination of Capsicum annuum and Astragalus sinicus seeds under laboratory conditions by Streptomyces jingyangensis 5406, the roots of Capsicum annuum have significant growth-promoting effect. Capsicum annuum’s total root length increased by 26.79%, 15.22% increase in the average diameter of the root, the total volume of root increased 46.95%, per volume of soil root length increased 8.96%. Astragalus sinicus’ s root diameter increased by 44.93%, and significantly increased the Astragalus sinicus root tip cells and protection.
