Ginger is an important fragrant vegetable in southwest and has a long cultivation history.Factors such as the annual accumulation of soil pathogens and the imbalance of soil microecology were the cause agents of ginger successive cropping obstacles,resulting serious Fusarium wilt.It reduces the quality and yield of ginger.In order to alleviate the obstacles of continuous cropping of ginger,reduce the incidence of ginger fusarium wilt,rebuild the soil microecosystem of continuous cropping of ginger and repair the soil of continuous cropping of ginger,this study took continuous cropping of ginger soil as the research object,adopted the outdoor field experiment research method,and applied the reductive soil disinfestationnt and ammonium bicarbonate to repair the soil.The effects of soil remediation measures on soil physical and chemical properties,microbial community structure,fusarium wilt incidence and yield of continuous cropping ginger were studied.By using the research method of indoor simulation field experiment,the effects of different doses of oil blight on the changes of soil microbial community in continuous cropping ginger soil were optimized to provide an optimal scheme for the reconstruction of continuous cropping ginger soil microecosystem,the suppression of ginger fusarium wilt and the restoration of continuous cropping ginger soil.The main research results are as follows:(1)After reductive soil disinfestation,the change of soil physical and chemical properties,fusarium wilt incidence and ginger yield were obvious.Soil organic matter increased from 11.9 g to 12.8 g,effective phosphorus content increased from 85.9 g to 90.6g,the p H value increased from 4.3 to 4.6.The incidence of fusarium wilt of ginger decreased from 34.21% to 15.30%,and the yield increased from 24480 kg/hm2 to 35100kg/hm2..(2)The change of microbial community in ginger soil were also obvious and microbial diversity increased significantly.The abundance of unknown genera(norank_JG30-KF-AS9),Acidothermus,Conexibacter,and fungal communities Mortierella,Chaetomium,Trichoderma were increase.Meanwhile,it was known that the genera of Them has the ability to prevent diseases and promote growth.The changes of microbial function were obvious,the functions of urea hydrolysis and nitrate reduction of bacteria were significantly weakened,while the decomposition function of cellulose was promoted.(3)The results of different dose of oil withered organic matter experiment revealed that the treatment of 1:1000(SYa,W/W)could significantly improve the richness and diversity of fungi community,while the diversity and richness of bacteria were not significantly changed.SYa treatment group could significantly improve the composition of soil microbial community,increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria and reduce the abundance of plant pathogens.The abundance of Bacillus,Pseudomonas,Trichoderma and Chaetomium in SYa group was significantly higher than that in other treatment groups,and the abundance of Fusarium was lower than 0.001%.The function of soil bacteria and fungi were aslo obvious change in SYa group.Nitrogen fixation,urea hydrolysis and fermentation were significantly stronger than those in other treatment groups.Plant pathogens were precipitously decreased and the abundance was less than 0.001%.Undefined saprophytes showed no significant change in the initial group(SA),control group(SN)and SY(Add 0.0% oil withered organic matter(W/W)),but showed an increasing trend in SYa(Add 0.1% oil withered organic matter(W/W)),SYb(Add 0.5%oil withered organic matter(W/W)),SYc(Add 1.0% oil withered organic matter(W/W))and SYd(Add 1.5% oil withered organic matter(W/W)).The above results showed that the reductive soil disinfestationt and 0.1% oil withered organic matter(W/W)was the best method to repair continuous cropping ginger soil,which could significantly improve soil physical and chemical properties,soil microbial community structure and function,reduce the incidence of ginger fusarium wilt and increase the yield of ginger.It can provide technical support for repairing the soil of ginger continuous cropping and alleviating the obstacle of ginger continuous cropping.
