China is a big country of walnut cultivation, production and consumption. Walnut harvest processing is a stumbling block in the walnut industrialization and large-scale development. This subject is supported by Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Department of Science and Technology Innovation Project Co-ordination Program(project number: 2012KTZB02-02-03) and the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education Industrialization Project(project number: 14JF003). Studying the mechanism of picking walnuts. Walnut picking jobs are an important part of the whole production process. Considering the characteristics of our hillside planted walnut Qiu Lin and close planting dwarf model. A small size, light weight, simple structure, easy to operate, reliable and high efficiency vibrating walnut picking machine is designed in this thesis.First of all, through the analysis of different tree mechanical model, vibration dynamics model of walnut tree simplifying assumptions and reasonable mechanical model, after picking machine- walnut tree system and walnut vibration mechanical model are established. Comparative analysis under biaxial and uniaxial exciting means to produce different forms of excitation force, the steady-state response of the system(the tree forced vibration displacement, velocity, acceleration and retardation). The results show that: the displacement, velocity and acceleration of steady state response of forced vibration of the tree by according to periodic changes; the key factors affecting the walnut tree, the vibration of the vibration frequency, amplitude and acceleration; vibration force biaxial generated let trees do oscillate back and forth in one direction, the exciting force generated by the uniaxial let trees do vibration approximation to the circumference of the effect of exciting force; uniaxial biaxial produced than the tree greater vibration.Secondly, the structure size of actual measurement statistics walnut tree body. Three-dimensional model of walnut tree is established by using CREO and put into the Workbench modal analysis, obtained the walnut tree body’s inherent frequency and vibration type. Conditions in size and the exciting force of vibration simulation of the same height, biaxial and uniaxial different forms under the exciting force of the tree body is established, get the displacement and acceleration the tree body vibration, verify the vibration of single axis ratio of biaxial produced excitation force is more conducive to the walnut picking. Vibration analysis of different clamping height, different exciting force, excitation frequency under different tree response, obtained in the vibration frequency is 19-21 Hz, the clamping height in the range of 800-1000 mm tree acceleration and the amplitude of vibration are relatively large.Again, based on combination of agricultural and agronomic,mechanical design and mechanical vibration theory to determine the overall program design vibrating walnut picking machine parts for various parts of the design, calculation and verification. The three-dimensional model of the picking machine parts and assembly are established by using CREO. Using the Workbench finite element analysis and structural optimization of the key parts of picking machine, ensure that the design and processing of the picking machine working reliability and safety.Finally, by using the Jiangsu Donghua DH5922 dynamic test and analysis system to studying on the vibration characteristics of machine picking in the process of the work and find out the actual process of picking the best excitation frequency and clamping height. Statistics picking rate in the actual picking process, draw the excitation frequency 19-21 Hz, clamping height in the 800mm-1000 mm range, picking rate can reach 90%, to verify the results of the simulation analysis, guidance the pick to select parameters.
