Sweet potato is an important food and forage crops, our country is the world’s largest producer of sweet potato, area and output accounted for 40% of the world, and more than 70 percent. Potato seedlings is the basis for the high yield of sweet potato, the nursery is the first step of sweet potato production, but the main problem existing in Sweet potato breeding in our country is breeding technology does not pass, often appears rotten potato bed, bud germination is slow, potato seedling stems and root exception, etc. So that we need to provide accurate personalized sweet potato production and technical guidance in farmers’ demand for.Therefore, through the inspection and analysis of sweet potato breeding technology and promotion mode of literature, combined with in Yangling golden Potato Seed Technology Co.,Ltd. production internship experience, in-depth analysis of the process of sweet potato breeding seed selection, seedbed management, environmental control and seedlings and other technical requirements, we think and explore suitable for sweet potato production of rapid technological innovation and farmers are now higher demand of agricultural extension model.The results of the study show that:(1) selecting suitable seedbed: change the traditional heatable brick into bed seedling film covering nursery, which is energy saving and environmental protective, simple and convenient management, reducing the rotten rate of beds, compared with the traditional open field seedling emergence fast, seedling is strong and uniform.(2) changing the way of the seedling: change the root pulling seedling to the high cutting seedling, cutting off the transmission ways of the potato block germs.(3) construction of the "pyramid" sweet potato seedling cultivation technology popularization mode: the top breeding companies and research institutes provide seeding technology and excellent varieties farmers who are the base of the tower.(4) construct the "research institutes + company +cooperative + farmers + processing enterprises" promotion mode, i.e., scientific research units for breeding companies and cooperatives provide guidance of breeding technology,cooperative demonstration households take the lead in the use of new technologies, new varieties, processing enterprises to solve the problems of farmers’ market and collect feedback including information of varieties to the nursery company, nursery company provides variety required by the market to farmers to promote the benign development.(5) using the Internet to build the promotion model of "company +O2O+ farmers", the company through the online and offline to display demonstration, mobile app push and micro channel carrier platform, thefarmer can quickly understand and master the new agricultural technology and related information.In summary, against the rotten phenomenon, bud bed encountered in the process of sweet potato seedling germination anomalies, potato seedling stem leaves and roots slowly, the experiment focused on the breeding process of seed selection, seedbed management,environmental control, collecting way of all aspects of research and analysis, putting forward a selection of summer sweet potato, potato film mulching and high shear seedlings and other measures to solve the problems encountered in the process of sweet potato seedlings, and build a "Pyramid type" mode, "promotion of scientific research units + company +cooperative + farmers + processing enterprises" and promotion mode of "company + O2 O +farmer" new promotion model to promote select breeding and good methods, in order to provide the more advanced sweet potato seedling technology for farmers, and provide suggestions for the party and the government to establish a new pattern of agricultural extension.Through this study, we have to clearly recognize that the current agricultural extension work in the new period is not simply providing technical support and services for agricultural production, we must fully integrate the entire process of agricultural production, to ensure that on the basis of timely access to valuable market information, farmers are able to receive and master new technologies on new varieties and new technologies successfully. Promotion must be started with all aspects including choosing varieties from prenatal, planting techniques in medium production and the the sale of agricultural products in postpartum. The realization of effective integration of agricultural extension and agricultural production process, not only providing planting cultivation techniques for farmers, but also to provide farmers with processing, packaging and sales services, accordingly achieving precision, intensification,standardization and dimension of agricultural production process, effectively improve the economic efficiency of agriculture, and increase farmers’ real incomes. Agricultural extension is the main driving force to promote the development of "three agriculture", which is also the strategic plans for national development, we should pay high attention.
