Study On Standardized Cultivation Technology Of Prunella Vulgais

Prunella vulgaris L.,plant of its fruit cluster, is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, widely used as a food raw material in recent years. This paper studies the quality classification standard of the seed, the seed mucilage characteristic, nursery field experiment and shading treatment experiment. The main findings are as follows:1.The seed purity, 1000 seeds weight, seed moisture content were tested and analyzed by K clustering. Finally we get three classes about the seed quality standard.2.Hydroscopicity, water absorbing and the influence of seed mucilage on the germination were tested. And we find the mucilage have great ability in absorbing and hoding water. The seeds can absorb more than 7 times water of its own weight. And we find the mechanism of store and release about the seed mucilage by the Field Emission Scanning System.3.Through field experiments, we find the optimal rate and seeding method of raising seedling in field. And shading with shading net and straw is positive on seedling.4.We measure the data of growth and photosynthesis about seedlings under different light intensity and get the diurnal variation curve of photosynthesis. Finally we believe that a moderate shading can promote seedlings growth effectively.
