In this paper, the forest resources management platform and forest management decision service subsystem has carried on the comprehensive research, through literature and study destination fully analyzed the forest farm and other grassroots units of forest management business processes and specific needs, in view of the forest farm of forest resources management to study the forest management information platform based on ArcGIS and QGIS based on open source geographic information system of forest management decision service subsystem.In this paper, in addition to realize the forest resource management information system function, the basis of the key technologies for the following research:Forest resources data update issues, including spatial data and attribute data updating, achieve forest management activity data updates to the small class based data.Forest resources data back problem, research designed a temporal data browser, implement different time compared to browse for history data of forest resources and analysis.One-dimensional model of forestry parsing problem, abandon the traditional complex and unstable model analytic parsing algorithm, model analysis method is put forward, for. NET development environment to realize model analytic method based on IronPython, for c++ (QT) model based on Python’s analytical method to realize the development environment.Small class annotation problem, based on the Delaunay triangulation implementation in small class mark point automatic extraction algorithm research, and based on the small class mark information structure, implement small class automatic tagging algorithm research.Stand growth model visualization, the open source QWT technology stand age as independent variables, the accumulation of diameter at breast height, tree height, and so on as the dependent variable gain curve and histogram visualization;Generating forest management plan, use-VBA under the open source framework QT development interface, to study the VBA code in the way of using QT environment, realize the forest management plan template and extract some of the information needed and output to the Word document, and the function of the automatic typesetting Word document.
