In recent years, with the rapid development of new information technologies, the developed countries have improved its precision agriculture vigorously, leading to deeply combining agricultural production with information technology. Therefore, the development of agricultural information has entered a new stage. China has also set up a series of policies for modern agriculture advance and boosting intelligentialize, digitization, scientization of the agricultural production and machinery service management. Against a backdrop of "the project of Beijing agricultural operations supply-demand services and management platform based on 3S", the essay devotes to research and development of intelligent agricultural machinery integrated system focusing on 3S technology which introduced some new IT concepts, for example Internet of Things, cloud computing and B2 C e-commerce model, and using of some related software development technology, such as WebGIS, Ajax, Jquery, Spring+Struts and PostgreSQL. This system improves agricultural machinery intelligent service management and decision support system for strengthening the macro-control and microscopic guidance of agricultural production modernization.Focusing on the practical point of view, the goal of this paper is realization of "the intelligent agricultural machinery integrated system". The following works would be done.(1) The research aims at some basic concepts and latest advantages and applications into the field referred to Internet of Things, cloud computing and B2 C e-commerce model and other new technologies. By lots of researches and analyses, the essay summed up their basic application methods and models which were introduced to the intelligent agricultural machinery integrated service management. The above methods and models have been applied according to the actual functional requirements of this system, combined the B2 C e-commerce model and WebGIS technology provide a network platform to purchase agricultural services and dispatch task orders. With the aid of Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies it would be resolved to supervise some challenges in agricultural operations such as data collection, transmission, storage and recall, and so on.(2) Devoting to the latest developments of 3S technology involving its integrated models and applications, the study mainly analyzes how the 3S technology has been used in precision agriculture. And then a suitable 3S integration framework would have been found which is fitting for the integrated system through the technologies like GIS, RS and GPS. Moreover integrated with Internet of Things and cloud computing and B2 C e-commerce mode technology, the framework would be used in building an overall framework model.(3) The study analyzed the functional requirements, architecture, performance, workflow and database design of the integrated system. Chosen a fitted operating environment and utilized a range of techniques such as WebGIS, Ajax, Jquery, Spring+Struts and PostgreSQL,and so forth, the intelligent system would be implemented by relevant exploitations in client-side and server-side. The study summarized the pros and cons of the system for its upgrade by means of analyses its performance, functional achievement and technology integration. This work has a theoretical and practicing significance of informatization of agricultural machinery and provides technical support in other similar or relevant fields.During the process of studying the intelligent agricultural machinery integrated system based on 3S technology, the author is trying to grasp the methods and basic framework of Internet of Things, cloud computing and B2 C e-commerce model and to understand the application of 3S technology in different fields. And other analyses have been done to master the design process and development of technologies of the software. The system changes the traditional way of agricultural operations service management so that agricultural services management work has distinctive information characteristics. Farmers would be able to enjoy the whole servicing process online from choosing, buying, and trading. Moreover, this system would provide a serious of effective arrangement and supervision methods for relevant personnel and department, like agricultural machinery regulatory authorities or agricultural machinery service organizations’ regulators. From this, it would raise efficiency and improve quality of agricultural machinery operation. Lots of questions would be resolved such as the data statistics and analyses deficiency in agricultural operations and agricultural machinery services management. It would be improved greatly to scientific and intuitive the agricultural machinery operation and informatization its server management.
