In order to investigate the effects of controlled-release blending fertilizer(CBF) dosage and depth on the soil nutrient and growth of wheat, the experiment compared and studied the two fertilizers(wheat non controlled-release blending fertilizer(NCBF) and controlledrelease compound fertilizer CBF), and two kinds of fertilizer dosage(constant dosage NP2O5-K2O:330-165-180kg/hm2 and half dosage N-P2O5-K2O:165-83-90kg/hm2), two kinds of depth of fertilizer dosage(Surface-layer dosage of fertilizer, 5cm under the soil surface, Deep-layer dosage of fertilizer, 20 cm under the soil surface). Through the analysis of soil nutrient index(soil total N, AvP, AvK, pH, EC) and growth index(wheat roots vigor, fresh and dry root weight, biomass in mature stage, yield) and the efficiency of fertilizer dosage, influenced by the NCBF and CCF with different dosage and depth, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Compared with NCBF, constant and deep-layer application of CBF decreased ammonia volatilization obviously by 39.02%~83.60%. Deep-layer application of CBF could effectively conserve wheat soil nutrient and had better stability in soil pH and EC in different growth stages. Compared with NCBF, CBF increased the content of soil total N, AVP, AVK in wheat different growth stages in varying degrees. The difference between constant and half dosage is not obvious under deep-layer application of CBF.(2) Compared with NCBF, CBF had better influence in wheat roots vigor, fresh and dry roots weight and increased wheat biomass and yield, by increase rate at24.42-38.25%、9.60-44.10%、 9.42-46.45% 、 12.44-28.57% 、 6.02-13.02%. Compared with NCBF, half and deep-layer application of CBF had best effect in increasing wheat roots vigor and improving wheat biomass and yield. Constant and deep-layer application of CBF had best effect in increasing wheat fresh and dry roots weight.(3) Compared with NCBF, CBF improved the efficiency of N, P, K dosage obviously by 35.50%-76.23%、56.72%-133.82%、66.20%-13.28%. And CBF reduced the rate of N, P, K dependent rate by 10.01%-18.01% 、11.42%-22.17%、13.13%-26.87%.(4) Under the condition of this experiment, in consideration of decreasing soil ammonia volatilization, soil nutrient conservation, wheat growth, yield and the fertilizer dosage efficiency, the treatment of half and deep-layer application of CBF(N-P2O5-K2O:165-82.5-90kg/hm2, applied under topsoil about 20cm) could be the optimal method of wheat fertilizer operation.
