Red jujube with its high nutritional value, medicinal value and health care efficacy is becoming more and more popular with the masses of the people. Under the existing technology, to carry on the deep processing, it’s necessary to get rid of its internal nuclear. Red jujube pitter is a multi-station automatic machinery, the current domestic red jujube pitter is not mature, the success rate of removing the nucleus is low, due to the mechanical positioning lack of precision, the improper connection and other factors.The structure of red jujube pitter is not very complex, but the stability and coordination of movement between agencies are demanding.The cooperation between conveyor belt with intermittent transmission and removing nuclear agency with up and down reciprocating motion are the important factors affecting to the success rate of removing the nucleus.To design chain plate type red jujube pitter’s key components, reducing the position error when removing the nucleus is very important. In this article, through the analysis and study of red jujube processing process, the optimization design of the chain plate type automatic red jujube pitter was carried out on the key components, in order to make the process automatic and efficient.Rotate centralizer can rotately press the red jujube into the holder for the axis positioning of a group of red jujube, reduce clamping positioning error, to make the red jujube accurately centered and complete the mass red jujube righting processing automatically,quickly,reduce the position error. In order to ensure the process of removing the nucleus is stable and reliable, absorbing the design of rotary table red jujube pitter, the new punch combined pipe and shaft, it can reduce the position error and bad phenomenon, ensure the integrity of the pulp, solving the problem that the nucleus adhere on the pipe which affects the subsequent process of removing nuclear, due to the high sugar in the red jujube. When the chain plate conveyor accelerates, jitter increases, which is unfavorable for positioning the red jujubes. The incomplete gear mechanism with instantaneous center line plate can increase transmission stability,slow down the decline of tension, reduce the position error when removing the nucleus, in order to make the process more automatic and efficient, also increases the service life of the incomplete gear mechanism itself. At last, Pro/Mechanica finished the finite element analysis for instantaneous center line plate.
