Probiotics has become a research hotspot of feed additives with the characteristics of safety, high efficiency. At present, the research of probiotics on Italy bee is rare. This study selected probiotics in two representative: Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis, to explore the mechanism of action of probiotics in Italy bee. In order to provide reference for the further development of bee feed additive.Probiotics has become a research hotspot of feed additives with the characteristics of safet, high efficiency. At present, the research of probiotics on Italy bee is rare. This study selectedp robiotics in two representative: Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis, to explore the mechanism of action of probiotics in Italy bee. In order to provide reference for the further development o f bee feed additive。Thisexperiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis on growth and immune index of Italy bee. The test group from sister queen from the new Apis m ellifera were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups of housing, with 4 replications per gro up, 60 chickens in each replicate of bees. One treatment group as control group, fed with nor mal rape pollen, 1*108cfuof Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis 1*108cfu preparation of rape pollen by adding other two treatment groups were fed respectively, both to ensure adequate su pply of sugar and water. Determination of the survival rate, feed intake, protein digestibility, i ntestinal enzyme activity, antioxidant ability, expression of immune related genes and other in dicators. Determination of protein digestibility in honey bees were fed diets after test in the mi dgut of the chyme evacuation time based on the. The results showed that:(1) adding Lactobac illus and Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on survival rate in rape pollen, but pollen w ere supplemented with lactobacillus can significantly improve the worker at the age of 6 days on feed intake.(2) in third, 6, 9 days, experimental group compared with the difference betwe en the two groups of bees head chest protein concentration, T-SOD activity, MDA activity we re the control(P < 0.05). But the activity of T-AOC at 6 days of age had no significant differe nce(P > 0.05), significant differences in the 3, 9 days of age(P < 0.05).(3) the experimental g roup compared with control group the protein digestion rate had no significant difference(P >0.05).(4) the experimental group compared with the control group the midgut development b etter, bowel wall thickness increased significantly, and decrease the crypt depth, the peritrophic membrane thickness increased(P < 0.05).(5) at ninth days of age, rape pollen adding Bacill us subtilis and Lactobacillus could significantly increase the Abeacin, Defense of two antimic robial peptide gene expression of mRNA(P < 0.05). Expression of prophenoloxidase gene PP O decreased(P < 0.05).This study shows that, Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis preparation can promote the grow-th and development of Italy bee bee, improve the activity of digestive enzymes, enhance the body’s antioxidant ability, stimulate the immune system of bees.
