| The traditional air-screening separator usually adopts single screenbox and single blowing technology. The vibrational frequency of siftingbed is a constant or only could be changed roughly by mechanical method.The blast capacity is controlled by the displacement of air gate. Controlmethod of this equipment still rests on the stage of electrical form andmanual manipulation. Users adjust some parameters such as air pressure,vibrational frequency, rotate speed, temperature and so on, only dependingon experience. The equipment has a low automatic level and simplefunction because of its few parameters that could be detected andcontrolled. The stability, reliability and effect of the control system canhardly meet the requirement of indictors. In addition, the interface oftraditional equipment is simple and crude, which makes the operationharder for users. At the meantime, some emergency situations such aschannel block, short circuit and over loading happened all the time inpractical production, which would impact the production and cause hugeeconomic losses to users.This theses introduces the research and development of air-screenseparator with multiple functions including wind screening and vibrationseparation. The research (Project Number:2012AA10A505) is under thesupport of subject “Intelligent Agricultural Machinery and Equipment†ofnational863project. This equipment is designed according to thetechnological process of seeds processing. It has some advantagescompared with that kind of old machines:(1) This equipment adopts the techniques of negative wind pressure,blowing front and back and settlement of multichannel. Blast capacity isdecided by the displacement of wind gate and the speed of main shaft of draught fan. Two frequency changers can adjust the vibration frequencyand rotate speed of draught fan. This control system could detect keyparameters and implement optimal control, which improved the intelligentlevel and diversity of control method to a large extent.(2) This system affords users a humanized man-machine interactiveinterface with a new kind of HMI touch screen. People could observe theprocess and the situation of the equipment during seeds processing andsend out control instructions by the graphical buttons of the touch screen.Reasonable editorship of the screen page makes the operation proceduremore visual and simple. In addition, the system lists different kind ofoperation modules and seeds modules for users’reference.(3) This theses also introduces a remoter matching this equipmentwhich could allow users to control the equipment from a distance. Theremoter is equipped with an LCD screen to show the state of equipmentand control parameters.(4)Enough control parameters ensure that automatic control of seedsprocessing machine could be realized.Practice indicates that this system is reliable and pragmatic and has avery good user experience, which has been applied to seeds processingsuccessfully. |
