In recent years,my country has vigorously promoted the process of agricultural modernization.Forage industry supporting equipment has achieved rapid development.Compared with traditional forage harvesting methods,mechanized and automated operations have significant advantages.However,my country’s existing forage machinery and equipment still have obvious disadvantages,and the level of automation needs to be Improved,the accuracy of the control system is low,and the adaptability and reliability of the equipment need to be improved.In view of the above problems,it is very necessary to develop a control system for forage supporting machinery.This article is based on Siemens PLC forage baling machine automatic control system is designed,the control system integrated with computer data processing technology,wireless sensor information monitoring technology,industrial PLC automatic control technology,realized the automatic control of forage baling machine,system consists of sensor information collection module,data wireless transmission module,human-computer interaction of PLC control modules,the system design structure of upper and lower position machine,PLC SMART 1000 V3 IE by Siemens touch screen and speed control cloud SUK-BOX-4G remote wireless transmission module provides a cloud platform to build,The lower machine is composed of Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC.The control system realizes the precise control of the forage baling machine and meets the actual production needs of herbage.The work and research results completed in this paper are as follows:(1)The hardware design and selection of the control system are determined.The system is based on Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC.The I/O output port is connected to the intermediate relay to complete the control of the execution equipment such as the network fan,cutter motor,and forage conveyor belt;The sensor,PLC,and intermediate relay coils are uniformly powered by 24V DC power supply,and the sensor data is connected to the PLC RS-485 port in parallel through the shielded wire.Tests show that the hardware design scheme has high reliability.(2)Based on the STEP7-MicroWIN SMART software platform,an automatic control program is developed,including the network motor and fan control subprogram,the cutter and conveyor belt control subprogram,and the bundled warehouse control subprogram.The user is completed by the upper computer touch screen and cloud platform The sending of various operating instructions can enable users to query historical data through the human-computer interaction interface.(3)Using D-S evidence theory data fusion algorithm,the pressure sensor,speed sensor and weight sensor data in the control system are fused and processed,and the operation status of the bundled warehouse is monitored through the three parameters of pressure,speed and weight.The precise switch compartment control of the bundling compartment.The automatic control system of the forage baler is easy to operate,simple interface,low cost,and high reliability.It can adapt to the needs of forage production and harvest and has broad application prospects. |
