The morphology and regulatory factors in mammalian testis varied from ages andsexual activities, Yak (Bos grunniens) adapt to the high altitude plateau environment has itsown unique methods and control mechanism. We studied the immune regulation ofgonadotropin receptor and estrogen receptor in Yak testis at different developmental stages bystaining and immunohistochemical method, analyze its relationship between thespermatogenesis, adaptive immune regulation and plateaus adaptability. The results for thefirst time that:1. Testis cells with obvious characteristics in yak at different ages. The numerbers ofseminiferous tubule, Sertoli cell, Leydig cell were regulated with the change of germ cell. The yak testis can be divided4phase, young stage before1years old; early sexual maturityfrom1to3years old; sexual maturity from3to8and old age after9years old. it has sexualmaturity stage was late than other animals at same ages.2. The FSHR, LH/CGR and AR expression in Sertoli cell of yak testis at different ageswere not obviously. The result indicated FSHR, LH/CGR and AR accelerated immuneprivilege by regulate the immunity factors and secretion of the protein from the Sertoli cell,Myoid peritubular cell, Leydig cell’s.3. The expression of ER were strong in yak testis blood vessel at different ages. Theregulation ability to vascular endothelium was enhanced adapted to intensive change ofclimate temperature.4. The Androgen was decrease as same as HSD17B3at the old age. The yak testis agingwas started when the expression of androgen receptor was decreased.
