Depending on conservation tillage trials setting in the western Loess Plateau ofWest City, Dingxi, Li Jia Bao town. This field experiment was taking nylon bagtechnique and provided with corn stalks, manure, compost and other organic materialsin different quantities, using straw returning in different ways finding thedecomposition characteristics of organic material, reveals the processingcharacteristics of soil organic matter and cumulative update with special climaticconditions, soil and management models, different organic cultivation (differentquality organic manure and straw). the following conclusions:Under ploughing the field, the same trend was shown in soil organic carbon andmicrobial biomass carbon for three kinds of organic materials, namely compost>straw> manure, but the easily oxidized organic carbon and water-soluble organiccarbon showed a straw> compost> manure. With no tillage incorporation methods forthree kinds of organic material on soil organic carbon, water-soluble organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon are shown the same trend, namely compost> straw>manure, only easily oxidized organic carbon showed a different trend, straw>compost> manure. Under conventional tillage with plastic film mulching for threekinds of organic material on soil organic carbon, easily oxidized organic carbon,water-soluble organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon exhibited the sametrend, namely compost> straw>mature, but in different high low volume levels arealso slightly different from the next field.Soil organic carbon between different models of farming inputs under the strawreturning is for the order of NTS>TPS>TS>T, easily oxidized organic carbon andwater-soluble organic carbon showed the same trend, NTS>TS>TPS>T, butwater-soluble organic carbon in the order of TS>TPS>NTS>T. Manure input betweendifferent soil tillage, easily oxidation of organic carbon and water-soluble organiccarbon showed the same trend, namelyTPS>NTS>TS>T, soil organic carbon in theorder of TS>TPS>NTS>T, microbial biomass carbon in the order of NTS>TS>TPS> T. Soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon performance under differenttillage compost input conditions the same trend, namelyTS>TPS>NTS>T, easilyoxidized organic carbon and water-soluble organic carbon showed the same trend,TPS>NTS>TS>T.This study showed that the condition of Decomposition in different organicmatter, the largest rate of carbon decomposition is corn stalks and composting, followed by mature, their decomposition rates are varied Under different tillagemethods, the trend of decomposition process for the treat for TS, TPS are showedcompost> straw> mature, the trend for NTS decomposition rate showed straw>compost> mature. Dynamic characteristics degradation of organic material in thewhole process, the soil organic carbon, easily oxidized organic carbon, dissolvedorganic carbon, microbial biomass carbon have shown a downward trend, the declineof straw compost is more intense, and the decline of pig manure is relatively flat,during90d-180d are especially more prominent, for180d-270d this trend is relativelyslow.
