This study was designed to explore the use of high-pressure UV on processing moldycorn, eliminate mycotoxins to the desired kill rate, in order relize its value of industrialization.Select from normal corn feed factory warehouse60kg, divided into four parts A, B, C, D,wherein B, C, D for mildew treatment, the degree of mildew B is20%, C mildew degree40%,D mildew variable degree of60%, respectively, in a, B, C, D in the decimation500g labeledA1, B1, C1, D1, and B, C, D is irradiated with ultraviolet light for different time, theirradiation mark2s the B2, C2, D2, labeled irradiated7.5s B3, C3, D3, labeled irradiated15sB4, C4, D4, labeled irradiated30s B5, C5, D5.Group B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5,D1, D2, D3, D4, D5carried aflatoxin B1and deoxynivalenol measurements, observation ofultraviolet killing effect on mycotoxins. The results showed that different situations mildewcrude protein, fat and energy were significant differences in performance, and with mildewelevated level of protein expression was reduced after the first increase in fat has beenreduced. In the30s with increasing irradiation time, aflatoxin increase at first then reduction, the best antivirus is30s; increased within30s after the irradiation time, decrease at first, thenimprove, finally a further reduction,2s when the best anti-virus.
