In recent years, the banana industry has become a major pillar for the southern fruitindustry in our country. In terms of post-harvest commercialization processing, thenon-destructive method of harvesting is the hotspot for the current study into bananamechanized harvesting. In view of the low efficiency and high damage potential of manualhandling among banana growers, the author of this thesis designs a banana field transporttrolley and introduces the overall structure, working principle, electrical control, maintechnical parameters of the device. The design focuses on the effect of gravity position changeon the operating characteristics of the transport trolley. It also focuses on some key technicalproblems such as the stability performance of the transport trolley. By using the testingmethod of quadratic regression orthogonal rotary combination, the author analyzes the keyfactors affecting the stability performance of the transport trolley. The tests show that whenthe transport trolley operates at a speed of0.6m/s, in the suspension height of800mm, andwith a suspension center distance of500mm, its stability reaches the best and thus it isapplicable to field transport. The main work of this thesis is as follows:1) To design a three-dimensional model of the transport trolley by using the Solidworks2010software and to create an entity prototype and complete its test according to thethree-dimensional mode;2) To analyze the dynamic performance and economic performance of the transporttrolley and measure the main technical parameters;3) To develop a speed detection module by using single chip microcomputer technologyin order to get the feedback of the transport trolley’s real walking speed; To develop asingle-axis swing angle test module in order to collect the data of swing angle test and provideindicator reference for the stability testing;4) To analyze the changes of gravity position of the over-loaded transport trolley andthen figure out the horizontal and vertical stability coefficient of the trolley:18.68/5.35whenit is empty,16.62/4.69when it is full-loaded;5) To figure out the numerical model by using the test method of quadratic regressionorthogonal rotation combination:Y=11.00+2.74A+2.01B+1.39AB-0.65A26) To find out the order of key factors affecting the stability of the transport trolley:velocity>height>central distance;7) To find out the optimized conditions for stable transport: at a speed of0.6m/s, in the suspension height of800mm, and with a suspension center distance of500mm,...
