They causedsowsabortion and piglets death, and infection the healththrough level transmitted, thuscausedcertain difficulties for purifying, causing great economic losses. This study focused on researcserological and etiological aspects, so as to provide a theoreticalbasis to prevente and control the major porcine reproductive disorders. This study included as following:1.In the presrnt study,to assay the infection of CSFVã€PRRSVã€PRV gBã€PCV2in the centraland western parts of China,13516serum sample from7province were collected, and enzyme-linkimmunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to monitor the antibody against to CSFVã€PRRSV andPRV gB of all the blood serum by the diagnose kit of CSFã€PRRS and PR antibody from IDEXXcompany and PCV2antibody of all the blood serum by the diagnose kit of PCV2from HarbinVeterinary research Institute. The results showed that four of reproductive disorders antibodypositive rate pass rate above70%, reaching the state standards, could protectepigsbetter.2.Etiology identification:In this study,a total of98samples clinically suspected diseaseepidemicswere collected and detected by rever transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)from different provinces in central and western of China during February in2012to April in2014for etiology detection of CSFVã€PRRSVã€PRVã€PCV2. Three samples were found to be positivefor CSFV detection,19samples were found to be positive for PRRSV detection, nine sampleswere found to be positive for PRV detection,and40samples were found to be positive for PCV2detection. These positive samples were in a high fever, and reproductive or respiratory failure. Thisstudy showed that the four high disease were in a high prevalence rate in the central and western region of China, especially the PRRSV and PCV2infection rate was19.39%and40.82%respectively,which were the main pathogenies leadingto reproductive failure, but we stillcan not determine PRRSV and PCV2were the main causes of porcine reproductive disorders inrecent years. This study could provide date base for development of viccines and adjusting the strategies ofprevention and controlfor disease conteol department. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | CSFV, PRRSV, PRV, PCV2, Serology, Etiology, Epidemiology | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
