Design And Simulation Of A New Type Of Jujube Pit Removing Machine

hi recent years, the intensive processing industry of jujube has got a rapid development. For removing the jujube pit was a key link in the jujube processing, the jujube pit removing machine has characteristics of great adaptability, high production efficiency and automation level is in high demand.Based on analysis of relative information and aiming to solve problems of low adaptation, unreasonable structure and bad force status, the jujube pit removing machine working by principle of positioning the jujube in rotating by the elasticity fixture was designed and important components of the machine were analyzed about the motion and stress based on the virtual prototype technology and finite element analysis in order to ensure the high reliability and stability. The main content of the paper is as follows:(1)Combining with the dimension parameter of kinds of jujube, designed the elastic fixture for loading and positioning the jujube of the jujube pit removing machine and analyzed the force status of the jujube in the process of working.(2)Based on the principle of removing the jujube pit in one workstation in rotating, designed the structure of the whole machine and built the geometric model of the machine by UG7.5.(3)Simplified the model of the system of removing jujube pit and the conveyor and built the virtual prototype model by ADAMS. Simulated the working condition and analyzed the motion of punch, fixture and so on.(4)Analyzed the motion and contact of the maltese mechanism in different working speeds and the engaging force of the bevel gears for driving the fixture based on Virtual Prototype Technology.(5)The static structural analysis and modal analysis of the principal axis and the intensity in meshing of the bevel gears were carried out by ANSYS Workbench.The research of the new type of jujube pit removing machine provides reference for the improvement of the product.
