| Rice planting is an important link in rice production, so planting with machine is akey point for the mechanization of rice production. Planting with rice transplanter can notonly reduce the burden of farmers but also can improve rice yield and the mechanizationlevel of agricultural production. To expand penetration rate of machine planting,let ricetransplanter goes into the vast rural areas and get recognition from farmers,the key is todesign and make rice transplanters that are easy to operate and suitable for agronomic,alsohave reliable quality and excellent planting efficiency.As the core component of ricetransplanter, transplanting mechanism influence the planting efficiency and rice yielddirectly.Most of the rice transplanters in Chinese market are9inch spacing transplanter,theyare fit for rice planting in north areas but not south areas,so they can not meet therequirements of multi-seasons planting plan in south areas. The research result of thispaper shows that using7inch spacing transplanter in south areas can meet the plantingrequirements in most south areas and increase rice yield efficiently, it also improved theusage rate of planting machine and accelerate the development of Chinese agriculture tomodernization and mechanization.Here in this paper Yangmar Ap4hand rice transplanter was chosen as transformingprototype, the spacing was changed to7inch.the major transforming parts including thepower output part, transplanting mechanism, moving box mechanism, a seedlingconveying mechanism, operation and regulation mechanism, frame and floating plate,etc.In the transforming process, not only to ensure all the parts can work coordinated, but alsohave to meet all the requirements of machine planting and get the best planting efficiency.All the parts were being designed and transformed firstly,then use modern design methodto simulation and analysis,at last the transformed machine was put into field plantingtrials.The major research contents are as follow:1)present the development course of rice transplanter and the research status oftransplanting mechanism at home and abroad, combined with present agronomiccharacteristics and planting demand of different areas in china, the possibility and necessityof transforming were clarified.2)The overall structure and working principle of rice transplanter were introduced,then put forward the design scheme of step spacing transplanter, in this scheme Specificincluding Seedling box, box, mechanism, drive system and frame and floating plate, etc,also expounds how these parts work coordinated.3)The work principle and design scheme of transplanting mechanism and its drive system were discussed in detail. Then the dynamic analysis of drive system and themathematical model of transplanting mechanism were done and established.4)Use Pro/E to build3D modeling for major parts of rice transplanter especially thetransforming parts.through assembling each parts,the assembly drawing of narrow spacingtransplanter was got. Then use the Mechanism block in Pro/E to simulate themovement state of transplanting mechanism and Planting trajectory, analysised the changeof the seedling point in displacementã€speed and acceleration. Through simulation totesting whether the transplanting mechanism can fit for the requirements of planting work.5)According to the characteristics of narrow spacing (7inch) planting,the matchedmachine planting seedlings was cultivated,and machine planting trials in fields were done.use9inch spacing transplanter as control group, the transformed7inch spacingtransplanter as experimental group,then the planting efficiencyã€subsequent growth stateã€rice yield were researched and analysised. |
