A new planting way of high transplanting developed technique and guaranteed quality wasdeveloped with the name of narrow-wide row rice transplanting by agronomy experts, accordingto the characteristics of rice cultivation in China.So the orderly planting way could be achievedby narrow-wide adjacent rows,in order to strengthens ventilation and light-admitting qualitybetween rice rows, reduces pest and disease infestations to a certain extent, maximizes marginaladvantage.The seedlings process and device、seedlings box、seedling tray and production line arebased on rice transplanter with equal row spacing. The key to the research is to achievenarrow-wide row rice transplanting which restricts the development of rice mechanization on theassumption of the condition stated above.For example, narrow-wide row rice transplanting hasbeen achieved by artificial arrows in Wu chang county of Hei long jiang province where is theproducer of “rice fragrant flower”.Based on the current status of narrow-wide row rice transplanter, this paper took high-speedrice transplanter of “Fu Lai Wei” as research subject.The innovation elements were concluded,and the crossed helical gears with outer gearing slope narrow-wide row transplanting mechanismwas designed which can achieve narrow-wide row rice transplanting on the base that theseedlings process、 seedlings box、 seedling tray stay the same,according to the request ofnarrow-wide row rice transplanting. At the same time, a new kind of straight-type plant arm withnarrow-wide row was designed, which aims at solving the problem of inclined take seedlings forslope narrow-wide row rice transplanter.According to the basic steps of theoretical analysis、mechanical design、virtual testing andverifing, the work done in the paper is as follows:1)According to the agricultural demands of narrow-wide row rice transplanting, structureprinciple and function of rice transplanter with equal row spacing, and the working mechanismsand transmission character of transplanting mechanism, a proposition with compact structure andfew changes was put forward.It is to realize overall tilt of gearbox and plant arm of transplantingmechanism, and there is certain offset in horizontal direction between push seedling point andtaken seedling point, so narrow-wide row rice transplanting is achieved.2)Combined with transmission character of crossed helical gears, the crossed helical gearswith outer gearing slope narrow-wide row transplanting mechanism was creatively designed, andthe working mechanism was expound;3D kinematics mathematic model of transplanting mechanism was established on account of space coordinate transformation principle.3)The seedling needle tip transplanting path of transplanting mechanism with equal rowspacing was got by optimization platform of “operation fool” which attached to parameter, onaccount of scientific calculations and data processing ability of MATLAB, rotationtransformation aided analysis and optimization platform for slope narrow-wide row transplantingmechanism was self-developed.Through discussion of different kinds of transplantingmechanism and most effective analysis of orthogonal experiment, the optimization scheme thatthe ensemble rotated10°to the inner edges around an axes in parallel with heading directionwas made up at last.4)On account of the optimized structural parameters, the over-all structure of crossedhelical gears with outer gearing slope narrow-wide row transplanting mechanism was designed;the optimization helical angle of helical gears were emphatically analyzed; a new kind ofstraight-type plant arm with narrow-wide row was revolutionary designed, which solved theproblem of nonuniform seedlings quantity and poor vertical axis for overall slope narrow-widerow rice transplanter, so the transplanting quality is ensured.5)Engineering drawing and3D model of all parts were built, and the virtual assemblesimulation was performed; the dynamic simulation of the mechanism was carried out by usingADAMS.And the simulation test results could be gotten,such as the seedling needle tiptransplanting path of transplanting mechanism, horizontal displacement curve and so on, whichwas accordant with theoretical analysis, the correction of the model and realizability ofnarrow-wide row rice transplanting are testified.
