In order to explore the effects of "water and fertilizer integration" technology on soilfertility and soil biological properties of the loess sandy jujube forest, improve sandy soilfertilization methods and provide technical and theoretical guidance for jujube high-yield andsandy soil sustainable use, this test uses field experiments and laboratory analysis to researchthe effects of different fertilization methods and dosage on soil nutrient content, the number ofmicroorganisms and enzyme activity of the loess sandy jujube forest. By experiment analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Drip irrigation+liquid fertilizer, drip irrigation+solid fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, dripirrigation had increased the soil available potassium and available phosphorus content. Puredrip irrigation is significantly lower than fertilization treatment on increase of availablepotassium and available phosphorus. The water and fertilizer integration was better than NPKfertilizer in the increase of available potassium. The content of available potassium andavailable phosphorus in the soil profile were reduced with the increase of soil depth.2. Drip irrigation+liquid fertilizer, drip irrigation+solid fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, dripirrigation had increased the soil invertase, phosphatase and urease enzyme activities. Itindicates that water is one of the factors affecting soil enzyme activities. NPK fertilizerincreased soil catalase enzyme activities, but irrigation reduces soil catalase enzyme activities. The water and fertilizer integration treatment reduced catalase enzyme activities in the fruitharvest period, which was affected by water. The invertase, phosphatase, urease enzymeactivity in the soil profile was decreased with the increase of soil depth, while catalaseenzyme activity in0-60cm soil profile was distributed more evenly.3. Drip irrigation+liquid fertilizer, drip irrigation+solid fertilizer, NPK fertilizer anddrip irrigation have increased the number of soil bacteria in jujube various growth stages. Thedrip irrigation+liquid fertilizer to increase the number of bacteria was better than NPKfertilizer. For actinomycetes, NPK fertilizer and drip irrigation+liquid fertilizer had increased the number of soil actinomycetes in jujube various growth stages, and NPK fertilizer wasbetter than drip irrigation+liquid fertilizer. Water was not conducive to the growth ofactinomycetes. Fertilization and irrigation had reduced the number of soil fungi, whichincreased soil fertility. The number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes were decreased with theincrease of soil depth in the soil profile, but soil fungi were mainly concentrated in thesurface.
