This study selected three winter wheat varieties: Wenmai19, Yumai19and Lankaoaizao8,by30%shading treatment after wheat flowering10d. When non-sequential senescenceoccurs, investigation of conventional stem and inverted stem green leaf area, chlorophyll, lutein content, leaf and leaf sheath dry matter accumulation, MDA and soluble sugar content, sucrose synthase and SOD enzyme activity of top three leaves, and grain weight of per spikechange after non-senescenece occurs,1000-grain weight change of wheat in maturity andgrain number of per spike, inversion rate of wheat. The experimental data using SPSS andExcel software, obtaining significant relationship between different data. The main results are as follows:1.On wheat leaves’ green leaf area, chlorophyll, lutein study, Found that shading can notstop the non-sequential senescence occurs, but the differenc between the flag leaf and2ndleaf in inverted stem were enlarged, and the impact on the conventional stem is not uniforminterpretation. Chlorophyll, lutein content of the flag leaf and2nd leaf of inverted stem in twoecological environments were significantly higher than that of conventional stem, flag leafwere significantly lower than conventional stem. The difference chlorophyll content in flagleaf and2nd leaf of Wenmai19and Yumai19inverted and conventional stem,Which ispulled big under shade condition, but the difference in Lankaoaizao8is decrease; thedifference of3rd leaf in Wenmai19and Lankaoaizao8’ s chlorophyll content is widening, but narrowing the difference of Yumai19; the difference of Wenmai19and Yumai19conventional stem and inverted stem’ s chlorophyll content in flag leaf is reduced,Lankaoaizao8difference is pulled big. The difference of shading Wenmai19and Yumai19conventional and inverted stem in2nd leaf and3rd leaf’s content of lutein is widening, butnarrowing the Lankaoaizao8difference; the difference of Wenmai19and Lankaoaizao8inverted stem’s3rd leaf lutein content is widening, but narrowing the difference of Yumai19;the difference of Wenmai19and Lankaoaizao8conventional and inverted stems flag leafcontent of lutein is widening, but narrowing the difference of yumai.2. The top three leaf and leaf sheath of wheat dry matter accumulation was detected, twoecological environments2nd and3rd leaves leaf dry matter accumulation were significantlyhigher than the conventional stem, flag leaf were significantly lower than the conventional stem, but this phenomenon was not obvious in Wenmai19. Leaf sheath dry matter has thesame features, but in Lankaoaizao8is not obvious. There was no-significant difference inchange sheath dry matter accumulation in conventional and inverted stems under twoecological conditions.3. Study on wheat leaf malondialdehyde and soluble sugar content in shade condition, showing that it decreased the MDA content in wheat stem, reduces the2nd and3rd leavescontent difference in Wenmai19and Yumai19conventional and inverted stem, but thedifference in Lankaoaizao8is pulled big; the content in conventional and inverted of Wenmai19is reducing, influence on the difference of Yumai19was not obvious, but for Lankaoaizao8difference is pulled big. The difference among Yumai19conventional and inverted stems, flag leaf MDA content is widening, narrowing of Yumai19and Lankaoaizao8difference.The soluble sugar content decreased significantly in wheat leaves, reduce the differencebetween conventional and inverted stems.4. Study shows that the activity of sucrose synthase in wheat leaves, two ecologicalenvironments in the culm two other leaves leaf sucrose synthase activity was significantlyhigher than that of the conventional stem, flag leaf were significantly lower than theconventional stem. Shading to wheat sucrose synthase activity was significantly decreased, the difference that Wenmai19conventional and inverted stems2nd and3rd is widing, narroweing Yumai19and Lankaoaizao8difference; narrowing the differences between theconventional and inverted stems of Wenmai19flag leaf, but Yumai19and Lankaoaizao8difference is big. The difference of Wenmai19and Lankaoaizao8conventional and invertedstem’s flag leaf is widening, narrowing of Yumai19.5. On the protective enzyme activity of wheat leaf, SOD enzyme activity in inverted stem2nd and3rd leaves in two ecological conditions was significantly higher than that of theconventional stem, flag leaf were significantly lower than the conventional stem. Shadingcondition SOD enzyme activity of wheat increased, the conventional and inverted stemsdifference decreased but flag leaf, difference is widening.6. The investigation of the senescence of wheat non-sequence of grain weight per ear, stemand reverse sequence stems of grain weight per ear difference is pulled ceaselessly big, shading the wheat grain weight gain slow, make Wenmai19and Lankaoaizao8conventionalstem and inverted stem grain weight spike difference to pull big, make the difference betweenYumai19narrowing. To the survey of1000kernel weight and grain number of per spike, twoecological environment inversion wheat1000grain weight and grain number of per spike tobe significantly higher than the conventional stem. Shade pull big difference of wheat stemsand conventional and inverted stems weight and grain number of per spike. 7. Study of inversion rate of wheat in two ecological conditions, showing that wheatinversion rate decreased significantly under the shade.Comparison of conventional stem and inverted stem, the study shows that inverted stemhas better performance in two ecological conditions. Especially in the mature, inverted stemforms heavier grain weight of per spike. But at the present stage of non-senescence wheatstudy, non-sequential mechanism and signal regulation is still lack of research, needs furtherresearch.
