Ultra-high-pressure wheat mutant lines are identified to whether generate droughtresistance mutation compared with CK which was not treated with ultra-high-pressurethrough various physiological index of drought.Then new superior germplasm will becreated.Wheat variety Yanzhan4110and its mutant lines are used for measuring9droughtresistance indexes(SOD;POD;MDA;Proline;RWC;RWL;Pn;WUE and SPDA) on the2deferent conditions.One is the normal watering.The other is drought dures.Then wheat mutantlines are used for comprehensive analysis in Principal Component Analysis.The experimental results are as follows:(1) There is a big difference between mutant lines and non-mutagenic M0under normalwater conditions.The magnitude of the change from normal conditions to drought stress isdifferent for each strain.Some lines are significantly or very significantly higher thannon-mutagenic M0, while others significantly or very significantly lower than M0.It indicatedthat physiological, biochemical and genetic characteristics of wheat were changed, and thesefeatures stable preserved.(2) Drought indicators for each individual mutant lines is reflected in different droughtresistance.Photosynthesis indicators, for example,M5-2,M5-6and M5-9drought factor aresignificantly or very significantly higher than M0when Pn as the drought index.And M5-2,M5-6and M5-9drought factor are significantly or very significantly higher than M0whenWUE as the drought index.Then M5-6, M5-12and M5-28drought factor are significantly orvery significantly higher than M0when SPDA as the drought index.(3) Due to the various indicators of drought tolerance values reflect the different needs ofthe principal component analysis using high-pressure system mutagenesis wheatcomprehensive evaluation and analysis of drought resistance. M0get comprehensiveevaluation is worth0.465points.Comprehensive Evaluation of M5-2, M5-6, M5-9and M5-33is much higher than M0. Comprehensive Evaluation of M5-9is0.975.It is the highest.Thecomprehensive evaluation value of M5-12, M5-15, M5-26and M5-28is less than M0and thelowest is M5-26.There are7mutant lines significantly changed the value of thecomprehensive drought in the12mutation materials. These results suggest hypertension is an effective mutagenesis techniques.This technology provides an important theoretical basis fordrought research.
