Pathogenic Escherichia coli is one of the most serious pathogens to the poultry industry. There are numerous serotypes, and widely distributed. Usage of antibiotics is an important method for the prevention and treatment of pathogenic E. coli. In recent years, with all types of antibiotics abuse, antibiotic resistance of E. coli has been prevailed. Meanwhile, multiplex drug resistant strains especially in human medicine and veterinary clinical are common to E. coli. The mechanisms of antibiotic resistant are becoming increasingly complex. It is beneficial to further understand the molecular mechanism of E. coli resistance, guide clinical medication through epidemiologically detect and identify drug-resistance gene mediated by plasmid. This research mainly included:1.Serotype distribution of E. coli and epidemic detection of all kinds of drug resistance gene.In order to understand the popularity of poultry in Taiyuan area source pathogenic e. Coli and the distribution of the antibiotic resistance genes,218strains of avian source pathogenic Escherichia coli since2010had been separated, serotype identified and the drug resistance genes were detected by PCR. The results showed that:81strains of e. coli isolates belonged to15serotypes,28strains belonged to5kinds of advantage serotypes, as01,08, O78, O84and O143. All isolates have different degrees of resistant to13kinds of antimicrobial agents, the main resistance genes were qnrA, tetM, tetA and sul2, strA, aadA, floR.2. Plasmid transfer of resistant gene and PCR amplification of resistance gene. The aboved13E. coli strains isolates were used as donors, rifampin resistant E.coli of NK5449as receptor, filter Mating Method was performed to confirm the drug sensitivity of qnrA, tetM, tetA and sul2, strA, aadA, floR7. The result of the test suggested that the seven drug-resistant genes have been transferred into the donor of E.coli NK5449, the drug-resistant genes of the isolates could be mediated by plasmid and the drug-resistance could be spread by combined-transferred of plasmid.
