Lycoris is the bulb of flower bulbs in Amaryllidaceae, was a kind of excellentornamental plants, bright colors, beautiful flowers and variety etc. It can be used not onlyfor landscaping and landscape vegetation, but also for the production of cut flower andmedical. Through the determination of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, determinationof the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics was a new technology, which explore themechanism of photosynthesis and photosynthetic physiological status in plants. WithLycori.radiata, Lycoris chinensis, Lycoris squamigera, Lycoris aurea, Lycoris straminea,Lycoris sprengeri as object.Take different N-P-K treatment, used chlorophyll fluorescencedynamics techniques to study relationship between fertilization and the effect of thephotosynthesis as well as environment on Lycoris, and study the effect on fertilization onphysiological, explore the mechanism of photosynthesis, to provide theoretical and supporttechnical for Lycoris on plant cultivation and rational development and utilization.(1) Study on the efferts of physiological and biochemical traits on Lycorisradiata withdifferent fertilization treatments. Determination of the efferts of physiological andbiochemical indexes and growth on Lycoris radiata with different fertilization. The resultsshowed that,compared to CK, all after fertilization of MDA, chlorophyll, soluble proteincontent increased, the enzymatic activity of SOD and POD increased. There wassignificant differences in the content of chlorophyll N2P1K2and other processing.and therewere significant differences between the treatment of N2P3K3MDA, soluble protein andother treatment, the enzymatic activity of SOD and POD was significant difference. MDAand soluble protein content of treatment N2P3K3was higher, the enzymatic activity of SODand POD was lower. MDAand soluble proteins are plant produces a large number of in theface of adversity, and the enzyme activity of SOD and POD high which indicated thatfertilization might have too much, it may be under salt stress.(2) Study on analysis the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter by determination ofLycoris radiata with different fertilization treatments, the results showed that, analysis ofthe parameters F0, Fv/Fm, Y(II) and Fm. It was found daily variation of each treatment arein line with normal. The maximum fluorescence Fm of the N2P1K2has significantdifferences, it has highly chlorophyll content and it growth was good. There are significantdifferences between the various parameters of N2P3K3and other processing, It may appearto salt stress of PSII reaction center was destroyed in a certain extent. Cause F0, Fv/Fm,Y(II), qP decreased, it explain reasonable fertilization helps the growth of Lycoris.(3) With six species of Lycoris (L.radiata, L.chinensis, L.squamigera, L.aurea,L.straminea, L.sprengeri as the research object, Comparative analysis the determining ofthe chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. The results showed that Except for the qN of Lycoris aurea, spring leaf of Lycoris plants and autumn leaf of Lycoris have significantdifferences in F0and qN, Variation of fluorescence parameters were similar betweenL.radiata and L.aurea, and Variation of fluorescence parameters were similar betweenL.straminea and L.squamigera. It showed that even been both of Lycoris, it also hasdifferent Photosynthesis and photosynthetic model, it could be develop Further research.
