Highereducation undertake the task of training advanced talents and play an important role on thedevelopment of social economy, the development of science and technology culture.Postgraduate education is an important part of higher education in our country, its qualityrelates to the overall development of higher education. At present, China’s educationquality of graduate students is not optimistic. The motivation and attitude of graduatestudent learning is not good,also graduate students lack of high quality academicachievements, and take part in much less academic activities. These factors hindered thedevelopment of the healthy development of higher education. Therefore, quality ofPostgraduate education caused extensive concern of experts in educational field. Improvethe quality of graduate education become major problems. The current state pay closeattention to these problems in the field of higher education.The research content of this paper based on theory of Marx’s human comprehensivedevelopment and Deming circle. It is analyzed from graduate students, graduate educators,the process of graduate education and educational management these four factors. Throughthe design of the quality of graduate education questionnaire, investigating the UniversityGraduate JXAU students, access to relevant data, master the status of JXAU’s postgraduateeducation quality, find the JXAU of the college postgraduate problem and reason existingin graduate students, graduate educators, the process of graduate education and educationalmanagement. According to these problems, put forward the countermeasures andsuggestions: in graduate students, through the continuous sound of enrollment system toimprove the quality of students; making sure the learning motivation of postgraduates,increasing learning engagement; pay attention to establish innovative ideas, improving theability of scientific research of postgraduates. In educators, through the continuous soundof teacher training system to improve the level of tutor, increasing guiding time to improvethe tutors’ sense of responsibility. In the training process, by adjusting the postgraduatecurriculum to optimize the education content. Improving the scientific researchenvironment to increase education conditions. In educational management, by completingthe rules to perfect enrollment; strengthen the management to improve the quality ofdegree thesis; specification tutor team management, optimizing the construction of thetutor team. |
