Honeysuckle collectively referred to plant and herbal. Honeysuckle is semi-evergreenPerennial Woody vines of Caprifo-liaceae Lonicera. Herbs honeysuckle is dry buds or openflowers of caprifoliaceae plants. Honeysuckle has heat-clearing and detoxifying,collarerals-clearing and activating, broad-spectrum anti-viral effects and so on. It has a very broaddevelopment prospects in the pharmaceutical industry, food beverage industry, health careproducts industry and daily chemical industry.The paper used the modern technology such as high performance liquid to study on theIndex components of honeysuckle resources and crop production process. Five excellentgermplasms have been selected. Nine new germplasms were create by hybridization andother means. On the basis of the research, the operating standard of production technologies ofhoneysuckle and aroma-improving technology has been studied.1.The content of chlorogenic acid and Luteolin glycosides of the13germplasm honeysucklehas been determined through high-performance liquid chromatographic method. and evaluatedresource of honeysuckle, discussed the method of honeysuckle germplasm classification andidentification. Five excellent germplasms of JiuFeng No.1, FengQiu daomaohua, MiXiandaomaohua, LuFeng king and Hongyinhua has been screened2.The phase2white and big white as the best harvest time of FengQiu damaohua and thephase big white and yinhua as the best harvest time of Lonicera japonica var. chinensis (P.Watson) Baker have been determined by studying the accumulation dynamic changes of differentdevelopment phase in FengQiu damaohua and Lonicera japonica var. chinensis (P. Watson)Baker. The effect of environmental factors on the quality has been studied by comparing FengQiudaomaohua index component content changes of different regions, different times and in differentseasons The content of index component content of FengQiu daomaohua different tree-age hasbeen determined and found no content relevance to tree-age, which may be related to the environment.3. FengQiu daomaohua idex component content changes of different procing andtemberature has been determined through high-performance liquid chromatographic method. Theresults showed that the best quality is electric drying, followed by coal drying, dried poor. Dryingtemperature ladder and the technical quality of incense is better, index components is higher bylight fried and middle fried, re-fried char the index components fell, provide technical andtheoretical basis for honeysuckle cooked process. FengQiu daomaohua idex component contentchanges of different grades has been determined. The highest content of chlorogenic acid was onegrade, two, three declined, four rose again, luteolin four was highest, followed by level one, twoand three, the results showed that the content of index has no content relevance to grade.4.Large buds and disease-resistant plants has been selected through the system selection,and has obtained182strains1year born strain by cutting propagation, which laid a foundation forfurther forming strain or species. Hybrid method has been used to obtaining eight hybridcombinations of more than1000grains and36strains of two kinds seeding, which laid afoundation for continue observing, and selecting quality resources.5. The operating standard of production technologies of honeysuckle and aroma-improvingtechnology has been studied, which laid the material foundation for hybridization to chooseparents and create new germplasm and provided a theoretical and technical support for existingexcellent germplasm breeding production.
