This study was carried out in NEAU phytology test site on2012-2013, the materials are SN29, HN44and HN65which were widely promote in Hei Longjiang province, potted culture, and the method called gradually reduce the amount of irrigation was used on the water control treatment to make the soil relative water content reaches the predetermined target. We set drought stress on different stages (seedling stage, blossom stage and seeds filling stage), and set different drought stress levels (sufficient water supply, drought stress), and collect samples for testing. We studied the effects of different stages drought stress on soybean nutrients absorption and distribution to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of high quality and high yield cultivation technique of soybean in dryland. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Drought treatment could increase the content of soluble sugar and fructose, and decrease the sucrose content. The drought in blossom and seeds filling stages lead to a strong sucrose accumulation reduction and migration barriers. The greatest influence group on the content of fructose is blossom stage drought, and the seedling stage is the minimal. The most sensitive in seedling stage drought is HN44, and the HN65is in the blossom and seeds filling stages drought.2. The drought stress makes the activity of SPS and SS decreased, The R5group decreased the most obvious.3. The nitrogen content was increased after drought stress, and the phosphorus and potassium content was decreased. All of the N, P and K content in leaves were decreased, the N content in stems, petioles, pods were increased however the P and K content showed the opposite changes, and the change of K content in stems was not significant. The effects of blossom stage and seed filling stage under drought stress were significantly. Different varieties have different reaction to drought stress, but the overall trend consistent. The HN65was most sensitive.4. Drought stress lead to the inhibition of plant height, leaf area, stem diameter growth, dry matter production and yield. The seedling drought stress was the least change, and the blossom stages drought stress leads to the most change, the change of seeds filling drought group is in the middle level.5. Drought treatment caused an increase in the protein content of soybean seed and reduced fat content.
