As one of the main stress factors, drought stress has serious impact on the soybean, and reflect in the impact on soybean yield eventually. This study is based on 192 core soybean materials, under drought stress and normal water supply condition in 2013 and 2015 respectively. Main yield traits of soybeans were investigated after mature, and the analysis of the SNPs was carried on. The results as follow:1.In drought stress condition, the pod number of per plant reduce, the skewness and kurtosis conforms to the normal distribution generally. The pod number of per plant show that the wild soybean was larger than cultivated soybean. The coefficient of variation become larger in the drought stress condition. The results of variance analysis show that drought stress has a significant effect on pod number of per plant. An analysis of SNPs find that 576 SNPs associated with pod number of per plant, Three SNPs were founded in further explore that can be detected in normal water supply condition in two years.2. Seed number of per plant decreased under drought stress, the coefficient of variation was increase and the wild soybean is larger than cultivated soybean. For the amplitude of variation, wild soybean is larger than cultivated soybean. The result of analysis of variance show that a significant impact on the seed number of per plant was caused by drought stress. The analysis of SNPs associated with the seed number of per plant indicate that total of 556 SNPs were founded, and finally 3 SNPs were detected in normal water supply condition in two years.3.The weight of single plant showed a trend of downward under drought stress. The trend of the weight of per plant is that the cultivated soybean is larger than wild soybean. The amplitude of variation of the weight of per plant is wild soybean smaller than cultivated soybean. Analysis of variance show that drought stress had a significant effect on plant weight. Through the analysis of SNPs that associated with plant weight in different conditions,724 SNPs were founded.1 SNPs was obtained that can be detected in drought stress environment in two years in further comparison.4.1n the condition of drought stress, seed weight of per plant is declined. The coefficient of variation of wild materials is larger than cultivated materials. The skewness increases under drought condition. Seed weight of per plant of cultivation materials is larger than wild materials. The variation range of the seed weight of per plant is that the wild soybean is smaller than cultivated soybean. Under drought stress, the coefficient of variation is increase. The result of Variance analysis show that the drought has significant effects on seed weight of per plant. Through the SNPs analysis,1381 SNPs are found in all 20 pairs chromosomes and finally find that 2 SNPs were detected in drought stress environment in two years.5.One hundred seeds weight is a variety specificity index. Skewness and kurtosis have difference in different condition, but consistent with the normal distribution.100 seeds weight of the cultivated soybean was larger than wild soybean materials. The amplitude of wild soybean is less than cultivated soybean significantly. The coefficient of variation under drought stress is larger. Variance analysis show that drought stress has little effect on 100 seeds weight. Analysis of SNPs associated with 100 seeds weight show that 1039 SNPs are founded, two SNPs can be detected in drought stress and normal water supply conditions in 2013 and one SNPs can be detected in both of drought stress and normal water supply conditions in two years in further research.6.A section that strongly associated with soybean 100 seed weight was founded on chromosome 10, which in the location 19100000 to 19204134 of the chromosome 10. We find nine haplotype through contrast to the locies of public and Linkage disequilibrium analysis, The SNP loci rsGm1019133235 divided by alignment in our research is belong to block 6, and strongly associated with 100 seeds weight.
