The Study Of User’ Emotional Knowledge Of Combine-harvest

Combine harvester is one of the most important production machinein Agricultural modernization. The design of the cab have vital effect onoperation comforts, driver’s health and production efficiency. It is reallyvaluable to study the cab design based on the people oriented designtheory.This essay is going to study the users’ potential knowledge of theCombine harvester. It is divided as users’ cognitive knowledge, users’operation knowledge, users’ emotional knowledge. It also builds themodel of potential knowledge and focus on the obtain of users’ emotionalknowledge.The model achieved six representative words based on theSPSS factor algorithm in order to describe users’ perceptual image.Withthe combination of Ergonomics theory, it analyses the design elementsin the cab. These elements will be ranked as weight value which isachieved by Entropy TOPSIS method. In the end, it will create themapping relationship between the users and design elements which isobtained by the combination of Morphological analysis, SD semanticdifferential method, Fuzzy mathematical evaluation.This study contributes to the data support and theory guidance ofCombine Harvester cab design in the future.It helps designers understandusers’ requirements through its practical significance in the design area.
