At present,there is no good solution,complete expression and system which can solve knowledge acquisition,expression,reasoning and other aspects involved in the design process of combine harvester.In order to achieve the storage,organization and manag ement of combine harvester knowledge resources and acquire to apply the knowledge in its design process effectively,the combine harvester knowledge base system is constructed under the traction of intelligent design requirements.Firstly,the acquisition and classification method of the whole machine design knowledge is analyzed;Secondly,the design knowledge of combine harvester is analyzed and expressed to form a design system.Then,the pedigree topological maps are applied to organize the knowledge of combine harvester hierarchically,and the knowledge base system which is applied with development tool and data association technology is constructed.Finally,this paper can use the knowledge base system to realize the knowledge management,knowledge acq uisition and application to solve the problems in the design process.This way can embody the intelligent design concept to integrate and systematize the knowledge of combine harvester,form a general design process,and make it applicable to the design re quirements of combine harvester equipment parts.At the same time,it provides a general method for this kind of problem research,and lays a foundation for the establishment of agricultural machinery equipment intelligent design platform.(1)Knowledge base system architecture and constructionIn this paper,the internal function module and architecture of combine harvester knowledge base system which takes intelligent design concept as the traction is analyzed and constructed.The visual studio 2015 development tool and SQL Server database are used to combine digital resources such as knowledge and information,so that this paper can exert operation platform to realize the knowledge integrated management of combine harvester.(2)Knowledge classification and acquisition of agricultural machinery equipmentFrom the view of the design process and the characteristics of the agricultural machinery equipment,design knowledge of the agricultural machinery equipment is classified;at the same time,the acquisition method of agricultural machinery equipment knowledge is studied.The semi-automatic acquisition method which is suitable for the combination of the manual acquisition,knowledge editing and reasoning of the the equipment knowledge is proposed,and the desi gn knowledge of the combine harvester is acquired by this method.(3)Knowledge analysis,expression and organization of combine harvesterThe combine harvester design knowledge is analyzed from the aspects of design process,design knowledge characteristics and classification.According to the knowledge manifestations,combine harvester knowledge is classified and the object-oriented technology is used to combine production rule representation and frame representation to express the combine harvester knowledge,which can form a design system and system reasoning mechanism effectively.In addition,the knowledge of combine harvester is organized by the form of pedigree level setting and pedigree topological diagram after collecting.Pedigree topological diag ram is used to establish the directory tree structure of knowledge base system which can organize the knowledge involved in the knowledge base system hierarchically,so as to provide index mode for efficient browsing and knowledge query of in the system effectively.(4)The application methods of knowledge in the design processIn this paper,the design system of combine harvester parts is formed by knowledge expression,and knowledge query is carried out by using topological diagram as index path to realize fuzzy judgment.This paper uses the ADO.Net technology to realize the two-way transfer of data between knowledge base system and database.Then this paper can realize the increase,deletion,modification and other functions of knowledge in the system thro ugh program association;The case-based and rule-based reasoning methods are applied by the knowledge base system to assist in the design of combine harvester parts,it forms a design system that can knowledge browse,query,reasoning,editing to achieve the efficient knowledge acquisition and application.(5)Knowledge base system integration and testThis paper uses the CATIA second development technology to realize the information transmission of knowledge and drive models in the knowledge base system.No t just to drive models,the knowledge browsing,query,reasoning,storage,editing and other related technologies are integrated in the knowledge base system.Taking the design of combine harvester parts as examples and according to the design requirements of combine harvester,the system invokes knowledge that involved in design process to obtain satisfactory knowledge and models through human-computer interaction.The system test results show that combine harvester knowledge base system can shorten the design time in the greatest extent,make use of the system to design,reduce the time for designers to consult and redesign the design errors.This design method can improve the integration effect of knowledge,acquire knowledge efficiently,improve the inhe ritance and reuse of knowledge,and improve the design efficiency and level.
