The prairie mole rat(Myospalax aspalax Pallas) is one of the most important rodents in grassland ecosystem. It life in the underground, be good at digging in the earth’s surface and can be formed under a large mound, feeds on grass roots, so it has a unique ecological status in the grassland ecosystem. Through study the comparison of trunk and upper trunk vegetation, the changing with mounds nutrients of false zokor(Myospalax aspalax Pallas) between grassing areas and non-grassing areas and the nutrient losing between different months, investigating the influence of the prairie mole rat activities on grassland vegetation, the impact of human production activities on the nutrients of zokor mound and outflow of mound nutrients. The results show that:Prairie zokor activity is frequent in the spring of grassland vegetation turning green, mining activities arising more new mound; summer grassland lush vegetation, a substantial increase in aboveground biomass but prairie zokor activities are relatively less and fewer new mound produced by mining. The prairie mole rat activities have a certain extent on the vegetation aboveground biomass and the underground biomass per unit area. Overall performance is the trunk more than the upper trunk, this change is most significant (P<0.05) in May.The prairie mole rat activities have a positive impact on the average height of vegetation. Overall performance for the upper trunk is higher than the trunk, there are significant differences (P<0.05) in July. The impact on the number of species per unit area, there is significant difference (P<0.05) between May and September, but the change trend is different in May and September, species of trunk is lower than the upper trunk in May and higher than the upper trunk in September.Analysis the mounds which is grassing and non-grassing in two growing months of the same year show that there are significant differences between grassing and non-dozen areas on nitrogen content in September (P<0.05). other nutrients indicators do not change significantly.Analysis the same mounds in two growing months show that nitrogen content of grassing area in July is significantly higher than which in September (P<0.05), so the nitrogen of the mounds have drain phenomenon; but the phosphorus content in July is significantly lower than which in September (P<0.05), other nutrients indicators do not change significantly.
