Using indoor hydroponics and field pot experiment, and corn seed618as materials, the Na2SO4is the main salt, discuss the effect of salt fertilizer coupling on maize seed germination and the plant height on every growth period, the quantities and the elements’ absorbing condition, and analyze the diversification of salt fertilizer coupling to the pH, N, P, K, under the situation that using the Nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer. Find out the dynamic effect of salt fertilizer coupling on maize growth period of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn and Na’s quantities and accumulation. The experimental results showed that.1. The seed germination experiment showed that with the increase of salt concentration and quantity of fertilizer, maize seed germination rate is reduced. When the Hydrochloric acid and diammonium is0.6428g/L, the salt injury index is minimum.2. The seedling pot experiment showed that after the maize emergence and before the jointing, when the salt content lower than0.4%, applying60.75kg/hm2Nitrogen and186.75kg/hm2Phosphorus can promote the maize growth, when the salt content is higher than0.6%, applying60.75kg/hm2Nitrogen and186.75kg/hm2Phosphorus began to significantly inhibit the growth.3. Field pot experiment showed that when the corn is in the jointing time, height and dry matters began to increase rapidly, they all become lower with the higher salt; in the mature period, when the salt is less than0.4%, the amount is highest to fertilizer N2P2(N is568.2kg/hm2, P is439.8kg/hm2), when salt is more than0.4%, the amount is highest to fertilizer N1P1(Nis346.95kg/hm2, P is194.4kg/hm2). The element accumulation of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn and Na are reduced with the salinity increased. In the maturity, and the same fertilizer cornfield, the accumulation of Na is increased with the salt increased, and the other elements are almost decreased; in the maturity, the accumulations of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Na of N2P2in the same salinity are higher than others.4. The soil pH after maturity is decreased with the salinity increased, the N, P and K are both increased with the salinity increased.
